The 10 two-bedroom villas and two 3-bedroom villa at Periyali are set in three acres of spacious grounds. All villas have light bright interiors with mid-range contemporary furnishings. Each has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, TV (for DVD use only) and CD/DVD, and a bathroom. Five of the 2-bedroom villas have an additional en-suite shower room adjoining the main bedroom, others have one family bathroom with bath or shower (baby bath provided). There's is air-conditioning in the living area and fans supplied for bedrooms. Each has a private terrace with barbecue and a private swimming pool.
In addition to their private pools, the villas share a larger communal one with separate children's area (depth 0.6m), beautiful coastal views, cushioned sunbeds and a snack bar serving drinks, ice creams and a decent range of light meals and snacks from breakfast until dinner. The beautiful beach at Gerakas is only 10 minutes away but there are steps down from the pool area to tiny shingle cove for swimming (bring plastic shoes as access is tricky especially for tots). The owners can recommend a fantastic local childcare provider, who can come to the villas to offer day time childcare, babysitting and activity sessions. Her reviews are fantastic!

This contemporary two bedroom villa is is perfect for families of four or less in search of a child-friendly villa by the sea as it is all on one level.
Thalia is an 80sq.m. villa which is one of the most spacious at Periyali indoors and outd. Entering the house, you have the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Outside of the villa you will find the garden with the private pool and the enclosed terrace with barbecue and seating and dining area.
