We had an excellent stay with friendly hosts. Information provided covered everything. Tastefully decorated cottage . Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. The woodburner was very efficient with an abundance of wood if required. We would like to return again one day. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed in Ger y LLyn cottage over the bonfire night period because of one of our dogs being afraid by fireworks. Have stayed here before, although in a different cottage, and the location/setting is perfect, so peaceful and tranquil with lots of excellent facilities for our 2 dogs to enjoy. Made to feel very welcome, cottage was gorgeous and so comfortable, very cosy on the darker, colder evenings, a lovely experience. All in all, another brilliant stay.
We spent 4 nights at Yr Ydlan cottage with our four dogs; friends booked another cottage for what we hoped would be a relaxing get-away break over Christmas. From the warm welcome by Emma and Alex, to the well appointed cottage, to walks from the door and even down to the weather, we couldn't have asked for more! The cottage is very thoughtfully and tastefully appointed mixing traditional with modern style. Our weekend was perfect from start to finish. A lovely welcome from Emma awaited us and it had everything we needed for a perfect weekend of rest, relaxation and fun.
Our second visit to Cwm Connell in a larger cottage this time. Lovely Welsh goodies on arrival, gorgeous Christmas decorations and the most delicious cakes from Emma, Alex and family who are all so friendly and welcoming. We have a very reactive dog, but are always made to feel that it's not a problem, which is reassuring when you're staying away from home. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished with everything you need. We've all had a wonderful week, it's an ideal place to stay any time of year! The studio was very comfortable and beautiful presented with tasty treats waiting for me as a very nice touch. Emma could not have been more welcoming and helpful. It was a treat to return back too.
It suited our needs perfectly for a 4 night stay with friends and dogs in a rural, peaceful within walking distance to coastal path and beach. Hosts were welcoming and very helpful. We would return.
