My 4th time at 1 cliff edge can't recommend this apartment enough. Excellent location.
Always fresh and clean.
It's a 5* from me and my dog.
Cant wait to be back for Christmas.

This was our second visit to 1 Cliff Edge this year, the apartment is virtually brand new, it is very spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is ideal for the beach or the town with several bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The secure parking is definitely a plus point. We have already booked two weeks for next year and cannot wait to return with our frenchie!!

Amazing location and lovely clean flat decorated well. Lovely rainfall shower. Plenty of towels and cleaning items provided. Private gated parking with electric charging points if needed. Huuuuge bed, plenty of sockets and cutlery in the kitchen. They even provide some tea and coffee and leave milk (although we have that to another couple staying as we’re vegan). Great full size fridge freezer.

A few niggles:
- Front door does not always open when entering the code
- towel tail dangerously hot
- a couple more saucepans would be great
- no air con and lak of windows means it can get warm
- recycling point info needs to be in the information booklet
- price is going up by 300 next year so making it hard to afford.

Thank you for your comments about your stay at this lovely apartment. We can see you enjoyed the experience and after a discussion with the Owner we will be revising the rental rates downwards shortly. They will be slightly higher than this year. With regard to the niggles you mentioned we feel the front door opens normally even though slightly heavy as it is a fire door. The radiator is hot but you would have seen the notice saying as such and to be mindful of that fact. Now the rates will be amended we hope you return next year!

A fantastic apartment. Would 100% recommend it!

It definitely had the wow factor. We had a great time staying there. The apartment was very quiet, we weren’t t disturbed by any noise at all. When we had an issue we contacted the housekeeper and she immediately got someone to sort the problem.
There was so much to see and do around Newquay, the many beaches and food outlets were amazing. Lots of them were walkable to.
So glad we found the best place to stay. We’ve already booked again for 2 weeks next year.

This is the Third time we have stayed at 1 cliffedge.
It's now like our home from home, perfect location,Spacious, great facilities, very comfortable.
Have booked for two weeks at Christmas and thinking of a week in October.
Cant recommend this place enough.
Roll on many more happy memories there!!

So this is my second visit to 1 cliff edge having spend two weeks at Christmas 2022. I stay for a week the end of May weather was fantastic as was the apartment. Clean,spacious amazing shower! Great location 5 min walk in to town center. Tolcarne beach across the road all in all I cant recommend this place high enough. So nice iv booked two weeks in July and two weeks for Christmas again.
Cant wait to get back there.

We had a lovely stay in this truly stunning apartment. It has everything that you could ever require and is finished to a very high standard. It is situated just a stroll away from the beach, bars and grassy dog walks. The secure allocated parking is also a big plus point. We have dealt with Self Cater Cornwall for many years and we cannot wait until September when we return to 1 Cliff Edge!!

This place was amazing, first week was coming to a end so booked to stay an extra week (staff and housekeeper were great).Booked for July, will hopefully be booking for May and definitely booking for Christmas again. Homely, stylish and within walking distance of everywhere...Oh and the best shower ever.
