Great apartment, well equipped and great location for a holiday in Newquay.
The apartment was very safe and the allocated parking space was in a gated secure car park outside the apartment.
The is lots of space in the apartment and it was very clean.
We had a problem with one of the remote controls and this was rectified very swiftly. Thank you.
The only thing I would say is that the bed settee in the living room is a little uncomfortable to sit on but i believe most bed settee’s are like this.
Just a suggestion as we stay in a lot of holiday accommodations perhaps a welcome pack that included a pint of milk, butter and some bread may have been a good idea and great addition to a lovely holiday apartment.

Usually wouldn't pick a property this side of Newquay but was after a last minute break and 28 Cliff Edge stood out amongst others and what a great choice it was. The apartment itself was perfect in every way. Well equipped, clean, comfortable,great little outdoor area, and only a hop, skip and a jump from the beach and for a great price.
Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, Very Clean, Mattress could do with a topper as dips in the middle, 5 minute walk to Tolcarne beach, 10 minute walk to the city centre, Great field for dog walking 5 minutes away, very central for everything, Newquay Zoo within walking distance or 5 minutes in the car, Milk, Washing up liquid and washing machine powder, soap and toilet provided, Very quiet Location, Bedding abd tiwels changed after 1st week, Very big apartment stayed her twice now and will be back next year.

Very nice brand new 1 bed ground floor flat in a fairly decent location to tiown and with a secure parking space.

The flat itself is of good size with a large balcony too which was a bonus.

For us the only disappointments were the furniture which was all uncomfortable with the bed just being 2 singles pushed together. Also the place needs curtains instead of Venetian blinds as these were just gappy and it felt like at night that people could see in if you had the lights on.

Would we stay here again? If the bed and soda were replaced and curtains fitted then definitely but probably not it they weren’t which is a shame as the flat itself was lovely.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful probably the best apartment we’ve stayed in and we’ve been coming down to Newquay every year for the past 10 years, the apartment is spotless and has everything you could possibly need, it was so nice to arrive after our long drive to find tea, coffee, milk and sugar so that we could have a hot drink, we really enjoyed our stay we like to have a relaxing break before the Christmas period and we definitely got that, we really didn’t want to leave, we will be returning.



Lovely, modern, clean apartment in a prime location.

The apartment was very modern, clean and of a high standard. It is in an ideal location for the beach, Newquay centre and surrounding areas all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

We all loved the place. It’s by the very nice beach where one step outside takes you to the sun set
Clean, space and functional. Had everything we needed. Amazing outside facility for showering when coming from the beach and storage for the boards. Absolutely loved it and will recommend to anyone travelling with or without kids.

The apartment is very well situated for some very good restaurants, supermarkets, and some very lovely walks
and views. The apartment is a complete credit to the owners the way it's equiped and furnished and made our

We stay in Newquay every year and this year we were thinking about not going as we couldn’t find a good, reasonably priced apartment for our dates until we stumbled across this gem! Brilliant, so spacious and I think the most well equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Location is excellent and dog friendly is a plus for us. The bed was a little high and moved easily but it was super comfy. The only thing missing compared to other places I’ve stayed is a little welcome basket which is always a nice touch. There was a handful of tea, coffee, little individual milks and two toilet rolls to be getting on with though.
