32 One Lusty Glaze is a three bedroom apartment on the second floor of the prestigious One Lusty Glaze development and has one of the finest settings being an end of the block facing the sea with it’s breath taking coastal panorama with several family beaches within touching distance, but still close to Newquay town centre on the North Cornish coast.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to town, lots of lovely walks.
View from balcony- the best
Nice spacious apartment with all the essentials. Booking agent good, agreed to move week at short notice.
Apartment, some housekeeping issues: window in second bedroom jammed open with handle broken off, some blinds inoperative.
Pillow protectors stained.

Further to your comments we can see you enjoyed your self catering experience which is good to see. The Owner has organised a replacement part for the window which is being fixed in November alongside the blinds. Our recent stay with 32 to one lusty glaze was amazing! From start to finish we was given a brilliant service by David in helping me book and organise the stay, and I am very grateful.

The apartment was wonderful with breathtaking views, and in a beautiful location. We cannot wait to return again soon.

Beautiful apartment with top class facilities and a great location. A view you could look at all day with everything you could need nearby. Only negative thing is the mattress in the master bedroom is sinking on the one side. All in all a great place to stay and would definitely go back.

Possibly one of the best views in Newquay and lovely apartment.
We stayed as a family of 4 and we all loved it. Perfect location for both Lusty Glaze, Porth and Tolcarne beaches with the best Chippie in Newquay just around the corner (Francine's).
The apartment itself is spacious, quiet nice decor, parking space right outside door and the storage facility for our wetsuits and beach gear was really handy.
All modcons included which was great apart from a clothes horse!
Would thoroughly recommend and only minor points of improvements would be:
It would be nice to have had the vacuum emptied before we arrived and a few tiny bits of maintenance needed (carpet stain, paint in ensuite, faulty blind in bedroom) but nothing to put us off coming back again.

We couldn’t fault this apartment. It’s in a great location with a fantastic view over the ocean. Short walk to Lusty Glaze and Porth beaches and Newquay. Spotlessly clean and the bottle of Prosecco and milk were a lovely surprise. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in this apartment.

The location is fabulous. We stayed in the area last year. The apartment was lovely and well presented in the main. Two cleanliness items let it down. Lots of greasy finger marks on the fridge door and other kitchen cupboards and the bifold doors were very dirty.

Booked due to disabled relative and lift access and level access shower. If marketing for disabled , I would consider repositioning bed in bedroom with ensuite as it does not have disabled access round the foot of the bed, but this is a minor point.
Another minor point is the overwheming heat in the lift lobby and stairwells. Must be lovely in the winter.
Depsite the above we had a wonderful stay. The flats facilities were wonderful. The balcony was a real hit with my visually impaired sister who was able to spend a large amount of time out there listening to the sounds and the seas as well as some outstanding sunsets.location was good too. The bifold doors were an added bonus as well. Only a short walk to tesco express and pharmacies etc. Would definitely return for another stay although was a bit more expensive than we usually pay but about what we expected in these covid days and the quality of the apartment.
Would highly recommend for a stay. Was sad to leave

The apartment had a fabulous view and in a great location to walk to the beach and shops. Parking was easy and it was great to have a cycle store. Some lovely treats were left for us and the kitchen was really well equipped. Can't fault it!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a fantastic location.

Highly recommend for a location just outside of town with great access to Newquay.

Great apartment with wonderful views. All rooms very clean but was a little disappointed with kitchen equipment ie cups mugs cutlery which hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Crumbs on dining chairs. All sorted with a quick clean. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. Sadly the weather was not great so the lack of balcony furniture ready to use was not a problem. (It’s stored in a cage across the car park). We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this lovely apartment again as it’s also in a perfect location with shops and restaurants close by.
