This was our third stay and it did not disappoint. The property has everything you need and is so close to Fistral beach where we has organised a surfing lesson for the children. The flat is always clean and tidy and very comfortable.

Really nice apartment in a perfect location for town and beach, we’ve stayed in Newquay several times and this location is the best.

Apartment was really nice and cosy. Cot was made on arrival which was really nice. Bedrooms spacious. The host text us when the apartment was ready so we weren’t hanging around all day which was great.

The only slight criticism (which is totally outside of the control of this apartment) is other apartments in the block clearly allow dogs and there was pretty relentless barking going on throughout the day. Sometimes it was 5am in the morning and woke us up (including our baby). The people staying next door would leave their dogs outside in the gated patio area and they would be barking away all morning, so we had to shut our doors for a bit of peace, which was a shame, as the view looking out is really nice.

Again, this isn’t a criticism of the apartment as it’s more the fault of other guests, but maybe some feedback that can be passed on to the general building managers.

Despite the above small issue, we absolutely would stay here again and would recommend to friends. Thank you!

Thank you for your constructive comments about this lovely apartment. Unfortunately we cannot control the apartments who allow dogs but this matter has now been raised with the management company as it is not acceptable to hear a barking dog all of the time. We can clearly see you want to come back again next year.

Lovely stay at zinc 5, spotlessly clean, beds very comfy. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack of a few items such as coffee, tea, milk. No info on appliances available in the apartment and struggled with only one key.

Thank you for your review on Cinq 5 Zinc. A welcome pack is always given to guests and we checked with the housekeeper as she placed some items in the fridge for yourselves. The information folder is underneath the TV on the shelf. We only give one key to guests which should always be left in the keybox when leaving the property so all of the party can come and go at different times. Kind regards.

Excellent apartment in a great location, would definitely stay again. The only downside was that there was no parking space, but the position close to the town and beaches more than made up for that.

Thank you for your review of Cinq. The location of the apartment makes up for the lack of a parking space and generally our guests leave their car in Dane Road car park for the week and enjoy everything Newquay has to offer.
