We’ve stayed in 4 different cottages now. They’re all comfy, cosy, clean, well equipped, have great WiFi and the best value for money this side of Bath!! The warm indoor pool is a massive bonus for all (plus there’s a wood fired sauna though I didn’t use it) Its all very hands off here, but if you need anything, the whole team are on it with smiles. Great walks from your doorstep, with lovely pub in the village, so perfect for the dogs too. Thank you for having us!!
We booked all 7 cottages. Big family party. Also booked the walnut room but the garden was perfect as our 90yr old mother was able to access it on her scooter. 3 dogs and 4 children. Very safe. Loved the pool. Very well looked after. Would definitely consider booking again

Second visit. Stayed for the week, Moncrate slept 4 with everything could possibly need. Fast Responses to requests. Swimming pool a great bonus and very easy to book a swimming time online. The area close to nearby relatives. Travelling by car recommended, but there are buses in the Winsley Village. A beautiful, tranquil environment.
Always great to come back to Church Farm Cottages. The cottage was clean and well equipped as usual, with comfortable beds, great WiFi and a smart TV. There are always plenty of to do locally, from taking a walk through the beautiful fields around the farm on our way to the local Farm shop/cafe, to taking advantage of the heated in door pool, a sheep herding activity our kid loved, and even trying out the local Sauna / personal training sessions (first time for us). Also a great pub within walking distance and close by car to Bath / other attractions.
I found the cottage comfortable and enjoyed my time there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend Church Farm cottages.
Lovely clean & cosy accommodation in a peaceful location. Bed was very comfortable and en-suite was newly fitted with a large walk in shower. Kitchen & living area quite compact but all very nice. The Seven Stars pub is about 5 minutes walk away and we had excellent fish & chips to takeaway! Bus stop also by pub which takes you into Bath. Did a lovely walk from cottage down to Avoncliff train station, aqueduct and along towpath to Bradford on Avon.
