Cossington provided an excellent venue for the celebration of my wife's 80th birthday. All the members of our immediate family were there, and the Park and the Cottage accommodated us in spacious comfort. Our five grandsons, all now adult, much enjoyed the facilities of the Cottage. The main event was a lunch on the day itself, Saturday 22 February. This was provided by Home Table Dining, as suggested in the Guest Guide. Most of us stayed until the Monday morning. Our thanks to Graham Wason, his housekeeper Sarah other members of his staff for a memorable weekend.
Another lovely stay at this beautiful cottage! It is so well appointed and the location is brilliant - lots of great places to visit and some excellent pubs nearby, too!
Our family of 12 spent a lovely long weekend celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. The house was beautiful, clean, very well stocked, comfortable and set in delightful gardens. The games room and sporting facilities were particularly enjoyed by all generations. The antique grand piano provided excellent musical entertainment and the welcome hamper contained luxury treats. Overall the perfect setting for our anniversary.
