We stayed earlier in the week for a break away from the city and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, as was our wee cocker spaniel Archie. There were a few special touches in the cabin to acknowledge our anniversary which was very thoughtful. Archie was well thought of too, a bowl of water and biscuits were waiting for him. The garden was well fenced in for him, he did escape through the tiniest gap in the fence (he will find a way if there is one ) but he was just looking for the owners dog to play with, who was very patient ...more
We had a lovely stay at the weekend. The lodge is beautiful so cosy with everything you need! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the wood fire. We will definitely be back and will be recommending the lodges to friends and family!
Perfect lodge, perfect location, perfect hosts. Views are stunning, 5mins into Pitlochry. Lodge is well equipped with everything you need. Wonderfully peaceful.
We just can’t find fault with this woodland lodge experience it was just perfect and just what we needed to recharge ourselves relaxing in the hot tub with the great views over hills enjoying a drink or two. The lodge itself has a well equipped kitchen and dining area. It was great relaxing in the evening in front of the log fire on the super comfortable sofa. We got a great nights sleep the bed was great. The shower room was also modern and finished to a high standard. Lovely property an easy drive from Pitlochry. Hosts were attentive and accessible. Property is well equipped and has a lovely decking area. We visited in October and were warm and cosy. Really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to book again
