Beautiful house with plenty en suites, perfect for our family stay and the hot tub just added the extra touch.
We stayed the last weekend in January 2026. First time at the retreat cabin but stayed in the other lodges on numerous occasions. As the retreat now allowed dogs it was the perfect chance to book a stay. The lodge is perfect for either a base if wanting to explore further or just to relax. The hot tub and cinema room are the things that top this place off. Wish I had them in my own house. The only things we wished was different was the scottish weather that weekend and the fact we only booked for two nights. Wish we had longer. We would love to come back.
Amazing lodge in a great location with stunning views. Lodge is absolutely spotless throughout and has everything you will ever need. Feels very luxurious from the minute you walk in the door with the low lighting on and the table set. Hot tub is very clean and easy to use, we used it every day during our stay. Log burner was fantastic. We had it on every night and it was so relaxing and cosy. Overall a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to go back. I would recommend this lodge to anyone.
The lodges are over priced. Great location, everything you need for a stay away. One of the bedrooms gets locked if there are only two people staying. I think at the prices they are charging the whole lodge should be made available. Bed was really hard. Did not make for a good night sleep. Hot tub was great and really clean. The log burner was great but logs should be included. They are charged at £15 a basket. We were really satisfied with the lodge being pet friendly. Always great to see people providing pet friendly accommodation.

Highly recommend Kinnaird Woodland Lodges for a break in Pitlochry. Laura and Jamie were warm and welcoming from the point of booking and provided detailed and clear instructions. The property is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. We loved the hot tub and the bed was super comfy. The property was spotless and evidently well taken care of. Thank you so much!
