Wonderful location in the heart of rural Herefordshire. This glorious house with its open plan beamed features downstairs and three sumptuous bedrooms and bathrooms is a 5* triumph.

Hop House is a lovely building to stay in with a well equipped kitchen and tvs in every room! It was spotless on arrival and the decor is so tasteful and it has a lovely feel to it. Unfortunately we found the sofas very low to sit in (and get up out of!) and the bed was a bit like a trampoline. We were also surprised not to have a hoover or mop & bucket so we could clean up after our dogs - it was a wet week and the floors got really muddy! ... and there was a lack of hanging space for clothing in the bedrooms, (no wardrobes) particularly upstairs. However, these are minor observations, not complaints - and we really enjoyed our stay - our host Sarah was so accommodating and helpful, excellent in customer service! The large round shower room was fabulous and even though it was cold and very wet weather, the place was very warm and cosy. We were meeting up with folk who were staying in Little Cowarne Court for a wedding, and enjoyed a wonderful week here. The surrounding countryside is beautiful - our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed the local walks - and we all enjoyed the local pub!

We are a small family of adults with three dogs.
Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. No waiting for the call of ‘the shower’s free!’
The kitchen facilities were excellent.
A really helpful welcome pack. Centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit and a very welcoming pub (The Three Horseshoes) a few hundred yards away served great food.
Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great house! We used all the different bits - the main Hop house, the Loft and the Snug. Worked really well for an intergenerational family and dog. And what a luxury to have a fabulous bathroom each. Great to have a secure outside space to use too. Games room a bonus.
Good walks and beautiful views in the Hereford countryside - watch out for the cows! Highlight recommend the Three Horseshoes pub - 5 minute walk up the hill. Really, really good food and really, really nice staff.

We rented The Hophouse, The Loft and The Snug for a family Christmas get together and it was perfect for us. As a group of three generations plus dogs, this was great set up in that it allowed us all to come together in a lovely communal space but also allowed us to all have a bit of peace and privacy when we wanted this. The whole place was spotless and the bedrooms felt like boutique hotel rooms. Despite the feeling of luxury, we felt like we were free to relax and enjoy our stay rather than having to stand on ceremony. The setting is beautiful and so peaceful. It looked very pretty dusted in snow and although the wintery weather limited our ramblings there are plenty of walks available on the door step. The games room was an added bonus and a good way of getting rid of some energy when the weather thwarted our walking plans - although it was very cold in there during our stay. Sarah, the host, was available and friendly but not intrusive in any way. We hope to return next year.

A few friends and family met up to celebrate my daughters hen weekend, this is the second time we've stayed at the hop house and again had a fantastic time.
It's a gorgeous building in the countryside, great facilities for a disabled person. It's always clean and has all the necessary equipment in the kitchen and comfortable furniture.

We had a lovely stay at the Hop House (also included the Snug and the Loft for our group of 5 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs). The Hop House is beautifully fitted out and decorated, with lovely bathrooms/wet rooms. Plenty of hot water for us all to have a shower in the morning. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed to make dinner for us all each night. (Only one complaint - the baking tray that doesn’t fit in the oven!). Our kids loved the games room in an old barn across the courtyard (table tennis and pool). The location is good, within easy reach of lots of things to do. The Three Horseshoes pub is certainly within walking distance but narrow roads and no walking tracks so not safe to do with young children. Would definitely come back

We stayed in the Hop House for a weekend in May as we were attending a wedding locally. The booking process was easy, and Sarah was a very attentive host. We were a party of 7, so rented The Snug as well. The accommodation was perfect for our needs- we were able to enjoy a family meal together on the Friday night in the lovely large living area. The kitchen was very well appointed and the seating area comfortable and bright. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and each had a luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. The whole property was decorated to a very high standard. Although we didn't really explore the local area it seemed beautiful and we would like to come back, and would definitely stay in The Hop House again.

Me and a few friends came here to get away for the weekend and we could relax the entire holiday. The building it self was perfect . Plenty of living area plenty of rooms . Cooking was enjoyable in the kitchen area.
Would recommend to anyone who wants to come here for a quiet and peaceful get a way.

The Hophouse is a beautiful, character building, the facilities are great and inclusive for a wheelchair user. Although not far from home, situated in the countryside made it feel like a holiday. With the loft and snug included we had a fantastic family Christmas. Definitely a must to return in the new year.

Great company to deal with, the owner is lovely. The house had everything you would need. The 3 bed, 3 bathroom set up was ideal for 3 couples. Comfy beds, comfy seating area and great kitchen, all open plan so it was easy to cook and chat. Location is amazing, in the middle of nowhere but less than 5 mins walk to the pub. Lots of footpaths and places to visit. Would definitely recommend.

We rented the Hop House, Loft and the Snug together for a group of friends to stay for 2 nights for a friends wedding at Bredenbury Court. Accommodation was superb. Beautiful barn conversion with a very high end finish - we couldn't find fault with anything. Sarah the owner was fantastic and really helpful.

The Hop House is very comfortably furnished and has everything you could possibly need for a week's stay in the countryside. The house is very clean and linen fresh and of a high standard. The owner was very close by and helped instantly with our queries (which were minimal) The area has lovely walks and is so pretty and peaceful. The local towns are interesting. Some of the 'attractions' which keep the children amused are quite a long drive away but we found plenty to do nearby.

We had such a great stay in the Hop House. It was really clean and well equipped, as well as being very nicely (and newly) refurbished. The owners were very helpful, and we enjoyed the additional use of the games room and BBQ. The ability to add on The Loft made it a very flexible space.
