We came to this resort having seen the facilities online and after speaking to a sales consultant who couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The individual buildings and rooms are built to a very high standard, the bedrooms are comfortable and very well equipped. All the facilities you could want are here, but as a functioning holiday destination I feel it struggles.

The problem is when you put almost 1400 people on a tiny footprint of land. The accommodation/restaurant area is over developed. Much is built up over 3-4 floors. There is not enough open space. There is a fight to get a lying bed by the pool, the nice restaurants on the resort were fully booked 5 days ahead, wifi collapsed due to too many users, cleaners knocked st our door at all times of day and evening to clean our room. Our rooms with infinity pools looked out on overgrown scrub land, the sun never came round to our balcony - totally pointless.

Now we may have been unlucky, it is a busy time of the year, but the place isn't designed for so many people.

The staff were superb, diligent, attentive, of very high quality. But there seems to be a problem with the management system - all restaurants need to be booked centrally, yet even though we were told they were full, some happily allowed us in when we turned up at the door. Beware food prices are very high, only one or two were reasonable value for money.

Better management is needed to make this resort work as it should, currently it is struggling. This could be something special, but for the price it is not delivering all that it should.
