Brill place , everything you need , hot tub was great for relaxing after trips out and about. Fresh eggs from the host Fiona who was very nice , asked if we needed anything to let her know , she mentioned go to Loch Katrina and i'm glad we took her advice the walk along the side of Loch was absolutely stunning. All in all we had a great time and would definitely return.
Very well appointed cottage. Ideally situated for a large number of local attractions. and perfect for any golfers as the course is adjoining the property. Louise was very helpful and overall, I would recommend it to others - in fact have just done so to my cousin Melanie and her husband .
We had a relaxing 3 night stay at Glinngeal. The accomodation is fantastic, the living space and kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. We would highly recommend staying at Glinngeal.
This was our 2nd stay at this apartment. Just as last time was perfect. The location is ideal for sightseeing around the area. Only fault is the weather which is not controllable. Only joking. Perfect for us. Home from home.
Excellent flat in a great location, we have stayed at Craigrossie on a number of occasions and the flat is always clean, comfortable and well presented. Craigrossie is on the doorstep of Gleneagles hotel, so close that it feels part of the hotel. Looking forward to booking our next 7 day break.
Excellent all round experience. Hosted by Catherine who was very charming and most informative. Warm and very comfortable accomodation. Beautiful location. So much to see in the area. Dochart Falls in full flow during my stay. Glen Lyon worth visiting, miles of wonderful scenery, following River Lyon. Would I go back-yes, without a doubt.
We had a wonderful stay at the Byre. The house was super cosy, clean and very welcoming. The location is more than we expected and better than you can see on the picture. Very peaceful. Lots of activities around. We recommend it from all our heart. Thank you.
Earnbank is special. Almost everywhere in the cottage connects to an incredible view of the lake. It also has a terrace right by the waters edge where you can soak up the beauty. A really wonderful comfortable inspiring place. The only drawback is the noise from the road, but the views compensate!
Perfect location in the heart of Callendar this accommodation had everything we needed for a most enjoyable break. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and went well beyond the current COVID-19 requirements. Much appreciated treats were left for us and our dog Ollie who also had everything he required on site. I cannot recommenced this apartment highly enough.
Spacious, comfortable accommodation and excellent value for money. I would definitely return if in the area. Nearly everything you could possibly need. All fixtures and fittings to a high quality Just as a little point - no bottle opener and a mirror would be nice in the twin bedroom. Strongly recommend.
Allt Beag never disappoints. Clean and spacious. Plenty of wildlife to see in this wonderful location
The Waterside is in a lovely peaceful little village with great walks around it. The hosts were very kind a helpful. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable and we had a really happy stay. Hope to go back.
We had a fantastic time at Wee Orchard Lodge. The property was superbly clean, comfortable and the owner, Alan, was friendly and welcoming. It's in a beautiful area and despite the weather not being amazing, we certainly weren't short of things to do. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
This is my second stay at this fab cottage. Great price for the location and facilities on offer and minutes walk for shopping and eating. Will definitely be back
A lovely small cottage for 2 with splendid views of Loch Tay. Cottage clean, well equipped and nicely ‘green’ in terms of recycling etc. Owner on site was so helpful regarding surrounding area and nearby walks. Entertainment on tap with very busy, constantly refilled bird feeders in view of the sitting room. Garden grounds extensive and beautiful with choices of places to sit out. A top class cottage accommodation at a very reasonable price.
We had a great stay at Ruchearn enjoying the space of the cottage and the local area. Central heating was very effective! Although there was an iron bench outside the conservatory overlooking the river a small table would have been useful to put things on. The road outside was busier that we expected but the evenings and early mornings were quiet. The popular fish and chip shop opposite the cottage proved a lively place. It was well organised. Fish and chips delicious! We didn't use the garden but for families this would be a useful spot for playing in.
Great 7 night summer break for the family. Tigh Muileann is well located in Kilin with a great view of the falls of Falls of Dochart and the mountains of Breadalbane. Cottage has wonderful decor and furnishings. Well equipped with all you need. God willing we'll return.
Had a great and very relaxing weekend. House was perfect for our needs. Only one thing I would ask for is a glass recycling bin.
We enjoy staying in Comrie and have been coming regularly for many years. We have stayed at Tomanour for the last 4 or 5 years and have always been pleased with all aspects and the dog friendly garden is a huge plus for our stubborn Airedale terrier. Already booked for 2 holidays at tomanour in 2021.
A very comfortable cottage, clean and well appointed in a lovely quiet position with good all round views. My only little gripe, given that the weather curtailed being able to get out as much as we would have liked, was not being being able to access all of the apps available on the television which would have been useful.
Kirkton Bridge was a great place for a short break, one small issue would be for such a lovely big bedroom it would benefit from a larger sized bed found the current bed a bit of a cozy crush, the twin room would also benefit from comfier beds. Everything else about thus wee Scottish Gem is fabulous.
Great cottage in a superb location. Cooper Cottages are great hosts and I can highly recommend them, we will certainly be using them again when we return to Scotland. 5 Stars.
The house is beautiful and well equipped. Recommend Comrie Croft + Action Glen for activities. 10/10
Had a wonderful stay at the Old School cottage, attractive traditional exterior, with modern interior, providing every comfort we could have asked for. We stayed here after my husband had a knee operation, and it was the perfect spot to get away, with restaurants and the village shop near by.
The cottage is in a beautiful location with the Falls of Dochart and local shops close by. Booking system was easy to navigate and response/confirmation very quick. Information regarding Covid19 was clearly displayed in the cottage. One instruction received by email before arrival stated that all dishes, glasses and pots and pans should be put through the dishwasher prior to departure, We carried this instruction to the letter ( even though we had only used the same 2 plates, mugs, bowls ) also putting cutlery and cooking utensils as well through the dishwasher and cutlery trays too. I under...more
Really good weekend enjoyed by all the family. Excellent location with good amenities will visit again
Lovely old cottage with modern facilities set in a private garden but a short walking distance to the local shops. The beds were very comfortable but duvets could have been bigger as laying flat they fitted but once in bed they did not cover properly. Just a small criticism as the cottage was very warm with it’s heating system. Shame there was no library but understand because of Covid. Well stocked with plates, cups etc but could have done with kitchen scales and rolling pin but again only if you like or need to cook. Be beware that the front main doors are narrow but will open both sid...more
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at View Cottage!! As others have mentioned, the conservatory is fabulous - we loved getting out into the hills on the good weather days, and the conservatory was so comfortable with great views to while away the rainy ones (yes, there were a few!!). The cottage is well equipped (including big fridge-freezer and dishwasher) and the beds were really comfortable. I am a very light sleeper and sensitive to noise. The cottage is close to the main road but elevated from it, and therefore road noise wasn't a problem. The only thing we found was that...more
The boat house is an excellent venue for a weekend away. We had our boat with us and the situation couldn't have been more perfect. The fact that you can relax on the decking and watch the rest of your party doing water sports right next to you is a huge selling factor. Beds where comfy, there was plenty of space, large sitting room and kitchen, amazing water pressure and panoramic views of Loch Earn. I will certainly be booking this accommodation again in the future.
This is a story of coping with Covid 19. Originally booked for late April but other events got in the way. Matthew and Christine in the office were excellent in dealing with my temporary cancellation, deposit returned to my account immediately. I chose to keep my four nights available for the relaxation of lockdown and re-booked to 24-28 July. The Old Schoolhouse is in the centre of Comrie, none of the amenities are more than a two minute walk away. Right opposite the Chip Shop, meaning piping hot food on the little terrace by the entrance to the flat. Because of covid precautions soft furn...more
The apartment was well located to town. We walked easily to trains, shopping, restaurants, pubs. Apartment was clean; hostess was quite nice. There were a couple of irritating hiccups (drawers that broke, no wash cloths, no bath soap, shampoo or conditioner, inaccessible closets) but living room was quite comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped.
We had a lovely quiet stay. This studio cottage is above a detached garage in the private grounds of a house within what feels like a secluded exclusive private housing development. It has a lovely view over to the hills from inside the cottage and it was very quiet. The main house wasn’t occupied during our stay so we didn’t feel like we were being intrusive. The only minor aspect for the no. of days we stayed was that we thought that the mattress could have been more supportive ie we sank into it and rolled into each other! Perhaps time for the mattress to be renewed?
This is the most perfect place to come to if you wish to de stress during this pandemic. The cabin is very comfortable and cosy with the log burner for those days that have a chill in the air. The setting of the cabin is tranquil with lovely views over to the loch and the forest behind. There is ample garden space of lawn for children to play or your pet. The decking is big with ample seating, large table and BBQ with lovely views to relax and enjoy. The front of the cabin has a picnic table and chimenea and again lovely views. Parking in front of the cabin. I would highly reco...more
The house was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we could have wanted. We enjoyed the fine country and mountain views from the conservatory and garden.
