A great location for us and being able to walk to the beach and also to do circular walks from the property was great - especially when you could call for a drink and food. The terrace was disappointing as I expected to be able to sit out and look at the view but it had air con unit on it and nothing to see. A nicely furnished and clean, comfy accommodation though - I’m not sure I would have liked to only be in The Little Nest though unless it was just a place to sleep
This is honestly the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and so thoughtfully done. This is a genuine 5 star experience - we had lots of friends and relatives staying locally for a big family borthday and everyone who came over agreed we’d ended up with the ideal property. All four bedrooms are a great size (three could easily be masters), with superking beds - I’m 6ft1 so I really appreciate this luxury touch. The bedding is amazing, comfy mattress, perfect duvet, and finally, pillows that are actually plump and supportive. Bathrooms are excellent too, with great wat...more
Set in a great location for all the attractions of Rhosneigr, this is a beautifully equipped spacious house. We have been renting typically high end properties in Angelesey for the last 35 years and this is one of the best in terms of space, design and comfort. There were some very minor housekeeping issues- the property needs a bigger bin for waste disposal given its size and number of occupants but we are keen to return again and disappointed to note it is pretty well booked up already for Summer 2026!
This property has the view you always wish for.Being an upside down house looking over bungalows at the top of the hill gives you a perfect view of the whole bay with Holy Island as the backdrop. The property is well equipped and everything works as it should .Rhosneiger has all you need..Good corner shop, cafes pubs, takeaway food or eat out. Great beach.
We had a most enjoyable week exploring Anglesey with the dog, staying at The Hoot. Richard & Gill were great hosts and very knowledgeable. The Hoot was very well presented and had some great features. Superb rural location, most relaxing, yet a short level walk into Rhosneigr.
This was our second visit to Tamarisk and hopefully will not be our last. It's a lovely clean property with lots of great touches for a lovely stay. We are a family of four adults and one dog and found the setup ideal. The property was spotless and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The outdoor space is ideal, secure for our dog and lots of seating areas to enjoy the views. We did have a maintenance issue with the outdoor seating but this was resolved the following day and the replacement seating was a big improvement. Great that it was sorted so promptly. Location wise it's a short...more
This house surpasses all expectations. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and stylish. The views are stunning outside and the decor has been tastefully done to reflect the colours and textures of the landscape. Excellent location, numerous thoughtful touches and everything you need to feel right at home.
We had a lovely stay at Penyrorsedd, great location, out of all the touristy hustle bustle but near enough to see all Anglesey has to offer. Perfect view from the living room window, stretching across to the Snowdonian range, just beautiful. The cottage was spotlessly clean, the bedding and towels crisp white. Few minor issues that we advised AHL know about on departure... All in all, lovely cottage, if you want peace and quiet, good location this one is for you.
Spent a week with family including children and grandchildren at Glanllyn Bach last week. Brilliant facilities including the hot tub, playing fields and games room which brought everyone together. Some wonderful evenings spent playing cricket and football outside until the sun went down, it was brilliant to see the children off a screen. Exceptional facilities and a brilliant location, we took full advantage of a few visits to the Oyster Catcher for drinks or food. We were blessed with beautiful weather and have made some fantastic memories, we were all very sad to leave!
Large spacious property that caters for all ages with downstairs and upstairs en-suite bedrooms Private and secure garden with lots of toys and games available and so ideal for children and also dogs Good charcoal barbecue facility and covered outside area also for shelter if needed. 3 minute walk to town centre shops and restaurants and 5 minutes to both beaches Small improvements would be some more shelving in the bathrooms and small bins in the upstairs bathrooms
Very nice cottage. Everything we needed lovely furnishings and tv in every room.We would definitely book again. Thank you to the owners for our lovely holiday.
Maelog is a beautiful Victorian house with quality furnishings & all the equipment you will need right in the centre of the village. I’d definitely stay there again .
Had a great stay at No 66! The house was immaculately clean and all the furniture and decor was top notch. Just a quick walk into town through lovely back streets or along the front with the beautiful views. The upstairs bedroom was just perfect - I felt very spoilt! Would recommend - and would gladly stay again.
Wish we had found this house sooner. Fabulous location for the beach. Wonderful facilities for all the extended family. Thanks for a great time.
Seaway is on three floors. The ground floor has a garage with shower room and washing machine room, which is useful for coming straight off the beach. The second floor has 4 double bedrooms, one with ensuite and one bathroom. The best part of the house is the fabulous open plan top floor with balcony, kitchen, dining and living room area. Lots of light and the balcony gets the sun all afternoon and evening. It’s 5 minutes stroll in to the village centre. Only slight niggles were none of the extractor fans worked, and you can’t seat 8 people on the balcony to eat. Also, not sure if this is an...more
Perfect location for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Loved the views. Loved watching the jets during flying time. Lisa who owns the property is extremely friendly and helpful. The property has everything you need. Really nice quality and exceptionally comfortable. Booked for next year already. Can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to return.
Excellent property in a great location. The upside down arrangement works perfectly. The secure outdoor area was perfect for my dog.
We have had a wonderful week in Anglesey staying at Swn y mor. The barn conversion is beautiful. Spacious, bright and well equipped with lovely furnishings. All the bedrooms were nicely furnished with very comfy beds. The two family bathrooms were clean and beautifully designed as was the ensuite with the added bonus of a bath. We never tired of the view from the living room looking out to sea. The binoculars came in very handy. The garden is huge, plenty of space for the grandkids and two dogs to run about. Even better at the end of the garden are steps leading onto the beach (sand and pe...more
Kittiwake was super fresh, well decorated and fabulously clean. Really comfortable, great location - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
Second visit to Chelford and we’ve booked a third. Perfect surroundings, cleanliness and comfortable. Everything one needed for a perfect stay and all on the level so ideal for one of our party who has limited mobility. Garden enclosed making it super safe for our dog. Highly recommend
Have stayed at Dysinni a number of times and it is always maintained to a very high standard ,beautifully clean , very comfortable and well equipped , will definitely stay again
We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 40th Birthday, the accommodation and location to the beach was excellent, very comfortable beds. large open plan kitchen was great for entertaining all the family, very spacious accommodation, driveway is large enough for 2 cars, our grandchildren loved the selection of games and the bar football. Great walks nearby and would definitely recommend dinner at the Oyster Catcher within walking distance of the property. We would stay here again.
The cottage was spacious and comfortable, in a great location and has good facilities on site too. Will definitely book again.
We had a lovely week at this property. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not the best first impression when you arrive and look out of the back bedroom window. This overlooks the back off the surf shop and unfortunately there is a lot of waste left out there which looks quite unpleasant. The kitchen is very well equipped. The snug room is lovely but would be a bit cramped for more than 3 people
Pros - Location - you can see sea and watch sunset from apartment - easy walk to beach, pub and restaurants - Great apartment - comfy sofa, good space bigger than I thought also an outside storage cupboard not mentioned (we put beach chairs & paddleboard bag with uninflated board) Low level cons - Me and hubby not used to a double so felt small and we have cotton sheets (I know we’re spoilt!) - Parking space on other side to apartment (was in directions which side apt on so our fault for not finding it quicker)
It was in a lovely location, within walking distance of the local town and all its facilities and near a lovely lake. The accommodation was modern & stylish, with a fab Swedish hotel tub outside. The only downside was the amount of light coming in ftom all the outside lights on the main house opposite, byt the owners did cover the closest one up for us after we requested.
We had a wonderful week at Off The Hook in July. The bungalow is beautifully decorated and the layout and space made for a really comfortable and relaxing stay. Being on one level was perfect for us travelling with grandparents and a little one. Travel cot and high chair were of good quality which is important to us when staying somewhere for more than a few days. We made use of the lovely garden which is equipped with plenty of seating and a BBQ. Great property, great location and we are already looking to book again! Thank you
Fronallt is a lovely house convenient for all amenities. We all enjoyed a wonderful holiday especially as the sun was shining. I think the one thing was lack of privacy but this did not deter from us enjoying our holiday. Thank you
A beautiful spot and excellent location for exploring Anglesey. Accommodation was exceptional, very well equipped. We had both sections of the barn which was good for the family, 3 generations, to spread out and have some space. The garden is good for the kids, swings were a bonus. (Need to upgrade the bbq). Lots of information available at the venue. A 5 minute drive to a large retail outlet, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, KFC etc. Everywhere seemed to be no more than 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property.
This is the third time we've stayed at The Moorings. It is a great house for families. They are two outside seating areas to catch the morning and evening sun. It is just a short walk to both beaches making the location ideal too. The kitchen has plenty of equipment for 12 people and a second dining table. We've had great holidays in this house and would definitely recommend it to others.
I love this little apartment it’s cosy and comfortable and on a nice complex near to the estuary and the beach. The balcony is great with panoramic views — I take a deckchair so I can sit and relax there. My dog loves to watch the world and other dogs go by. A gate on the balcony would be really helpful — I have to bring a baby gate so Henry Houdini does not escape.
We had a lovely week at 4 y bonc but ,my sister was in the double bed room and she felt very uncomfortable, the window doesn't open and it was very hot, also the bedside self was hanging off, so there was no where to put things , how strange the window doesn't open, wot if there's a fire luckily we had taken a fan with us
We have visited this holiday let quite a few times now. For our family it is ideal and as soon as we arrive we relax and get into holiday mode. I could sit on the front all day and take in the beautiful views.
This was our 5th holiday in Rhosneigr and our first stay in Morawelon, this property was the best of all those we have stayed in so far. Location is perfect and the property is very spacious, we were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Everything we needed was provided. Sitting out on the front patio watching the kite surfers etc was very relaxing and the rear garden patio was a lovely sun trap.(To be honest it was that hot whilst we were there we couldn't sit out at the back too long!)
Our family had a lovely holiday at Cool Waves. Well equipped property, perfect sitting area in the lounge and dining area. Nice space outside for a BBQ and we enjoyed the games facilities in the garage - I did take our own darts, loved the big white towels. Great location for the beach. Would definitely recommend
We loved this little getaway. There was everything we needed and it was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The bed was particularly comfortable and there were cute welcome packs of goodies. It was perfect for the beach and coastal walks. Aber Fraw is really gorgeous, but unfortunately lacking in local facilities. The apartment was very central and parking was available, as the area can be busy in August. The only thing we felt we should mention is that the plastic on the kettle is degrading, round the spout. This meant that little white flakes were in the tea and coffee and I thought ...more
Wanting somewhere different from city suburbs to go with my family and puppy we decided on Anglesey. Location and accommodation could not have been better. Local facilities were very accommodating of having a dog and we had a lovely time.
The View is a great place to stay.It fits all the needs of our family of seven. Well supplied with kitchen equipment. The spare fridge in the games room useful. The balcony and back garden pleasant places to relax. Short distance to beach a bonus
We stayed here for a family get together, amazing house, great central location and everything you could possibly need on site. Loved our stay, many thanks to the team at AHL.
This was our third stay at Y Bwthyn, and we will definitely be returning. The cottage is very reasonably priced for a family break during the school holidays. We are a family of two adults and two children, and we always find the cottage comfortable, with a good amount of space. The location is perfect for exploring all of Anglesey, and it is wonderfully quiet, especially at night. We love that you can walk over the fields to the local shop and the Oystercatcher restaurant — it only took us 20 minutes with our two children (aged 8 and 5). The improved welcome pack this year was really lo...more
The property is perfectly located; close to the beach and town centre. The house was bigger than expected - the photos didn't do it justice. Although perfectly comfortable, there were some maintenance elements that need attention: floor in the downstairs shower needs the seal repairing there weren't any toilet roll holders in either bathrooms the kitchen drawers and dishwasher door didn't operate smoothly It would have been a nice touch to have a complimentary welcome pack with at least a pint of milk.
We had a lovely stay at the Brackens the location is spectacular, peaceful and relaxing. My only suggestion would be that the outdoor furniture could do with replacing. It is rather well worn with the screws falling out and not comfortable to sit on and take in the view..we used our beach chairs instead!!
Thanks to the fabulous weather in August our second time at Faraway was even better than our first occasion which was at October half term in 2023 (when it rained) but honestly the accommodation is so good that you can't help but enjoy yourself! Everything was first class. There was a hitch with the fridge freezer, defrosting on our arrival, but it was cleared up very efficiently by the housekeeping service. The owners of the property are to be commended on the high standard of all the amenities. It's a perfect family holiday let. Thank you!
The location of the property was excellent and suited the needs of our family. The views of the beach and lake were fantastic. We loved the welcome pack also. We did find this property a little disappointing unfortunately. Areas/walls/floors looked tired and the back yard/garden could be greatly improved to enhance the experience of guests. The back garden gets lots of sun at times but the condition of the area means that it’s not always suitable for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Many of us staying at the property found the beds to be uncomfortable. During our stay, we lost hot water o...more
We had a great week and really enjoyed the accommodation particularly the setting. The outside space was quite limited and dirty on arrival (we had to clean it) but the kids made the most of it and being so close to the beach and with a nice 1st floor balcony it didn’t really matter. Access to board games and a big communal open kitchen/lounge was fantastic. A boiling hot tap for tea and coffee was well used by us and a great addition. Overall it was really good but probably frustratingly it could have been absolutely great with some very easy wins. The grill on the barbecue was so rusty i...more
This cottage was excellent to spend a week in and it had all the comforts of home. We especially liked the ensuite shower and toilet for each of the 3 bedrooms. Very quiet area and ideally situated fir restaurants ect and I will definitely book this cottage again.
We are all very happy with our weeks stay in the house and our family of 12 were very well spaced out in our own little parts. The children lived the garden. The space, the swing and pear tree and especially the welcome from the local cows by the fence. It was especially convenient for travelling around to different parts of Anglesey and to neighboring Bangor. One criticism.. Wifi was rubbish.
We have stayed at Stones Throw many times and it always very comfortable, spotless and well equipped and a short walk to the beach, we will return
We enjoyed our family holiday staying at Lakeside a really comfortable house with lovely views, the house was very well equipped with everything to meet our needs it had been very well thought out for holiday makers, The sun terrace was a bonus to enjoy the quiet surroundings.
Having stayed in several different properties in Rhosneigr this remains our favourite. It is so well equipped with everything you might need and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The modern bright open plan style of this property is great and is situated perfectly for wonderful walks along the beach or onto the coastal pathway. The view of the mountains from the back windows is stunning and changes with the changing cloud cover. We were again very lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting out in the back garden which is secure for those with dogs. We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful ...more
A lovely four days at sunset view Not our first visit to the property and nothing has changed, great views and fortunately fantastic sunsets. Accommodation has everything you require if eating in, A number of options to eat out close by. Hotel Standard towels and linen provided. Will be returning later in the year
The apartment was lovely, it was clean and felt spacious. It had everything that you could need in the well stocked kitchen area. Could have done with more coat hangers in bedroom wardrobe. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and had plenty of towels and toilet rolls. The only downside for me were the steep steps up to the property, which being an older person I found challenging especially when moving my things in on arrival.
A lovely property in a lovely location. Well equipped and ideal for all age groups. The location gives easy access to all parts of the island and mainland. No need to get the car out if you want a walk to the beach, and some lovely places to eat out within the village. Would highly recommend this area and property.
So let me start this by saying you are paying for the view, this is absolutely breathtaking and I spent every evening just watching the world go by. The beach is right there but has a steep slope which is soft sand and difficult if you struggle but is quick to get down. The house itself is quite nice and has everything needed. We had a couple of issues which we contacted the company with, firstly one of the main glass back doors would not open so couldn't be used, second was the frying pans which were badly damaged and unusable but they were replaced whilst we were there, third was the awedul ...more
Very spacious living/dining area. All bedrooms are a good size and 3 bathrooms throughout the property. Situated right in the middle of everything and only a few minutes walk to 2 beaches. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely house conveniently situated close to village shops and the beach. Large garden and easy off road parking for several cars.
A great property with space to spread out, close to both beaches . Loved the little sunroom/porch …. would definitely recommend to others. We would use again.
Really lovely apartment, great views from the patio windows. Beds really comfortable. The sort of place I could live in permanently.
We had a wonderful stay in Ancones, the property was in a gorgeous location. Everything was provided to ensure we had an amazing time. Thank you!
Loved the property and had a wonderful stay. If it was mine, the condition of the building needs to be addressed. There are signs of salt ingress and potential damp, which we have had at our own home so we know what it looks like/how to fix it. As a result, I would only be happy staying in dryer months for that reason. The price reflects this, I am sure it could have been almost double the charge with these issues addressed. It is value for money. It was still a lovely stay and a lovely holiday, great location, stylish interior and a very private garden. Lots to love!
An absolute stunning place to stay. Had everything you could want and good location too. Very peaceful place to stay
Lovely property with a great garden for the dogs ( astroturf) Unfortunately there were a few issues which weren't resolved by the team - Extractor fan not working, rusty and unsafe garden loungers ( removed and not replaced) The property was ok for 3 - 4 people, but the 3rd bedroom has bunks with no space for anything else. There is no real storage for clothes in any of the rooms, only bedside cabinets and a very small rack with 3 hangers. The lounge is overcrowded to create 6 seating spaces. The mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. I'd not return unless things are changed. Its not a pro...more
We loved our stay in Bwthyn Siwan. The cottage had everything we needed and more. The property was conveniently located with lots of parking directly on the doorstep. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were great: nice powerful shower. Our bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the small garden out front, which was a real sun trap. You have views towards Snowdonia on on side and over the sheep field on the other. Loved it. Would stay again.
Great position and view from the window. Small but quite well equipped with quality stuff. Some surface cleaner, toilet cleaner and scissors would be a useful addition. Parking adequate either on Station road or in the private park. The steps could be a problem for less mobile people. Overall an excellent holiday let.
Beautiful cottage beautiful location spotless the bed is uncomfy which is the only downside but we will still return:)
The house itself was lovely and we were delighted with the decor, furnishings and facilities. Our 6 year old granddaughter loved inviting us into the Cinema Room to watch films together and we played several games of pool in the Games Room and also enjoyed the Hot Tub. It was the perfect place to relax after a day's sightseeing adventures, with plenty of available outside space to enjoy the sunshine.
Spring Tide is in a fantastic location, with everything you could need for a perfect holiday in Rhosneigr. Standard of the accomodation is high, with plenty of hot water and an excellent utility room with drying space for wetsuits/ wet coats. Garden sheltered and dog proof. Would love to return next Summer, but sadly it’s already booked solid.
I want to start this review positively about the actual accommodation. This was our 2nd stay at Kiloran. The property is cute and cosy. There were just the 2 of us which was perfect for the size and space - we still feel it would be a bit of a squeeze for 6 people, particularly if they were all adults, but 4 would manage well. The cottage is modernised nicely, clean and well-equipped. We managed perfectly well without a washer as clothes dry on the rack provided and there is a deep modern sink to handwash things through if needed. The location is brilliant as from the front door it gives a s...more
Stayed at this apartment many times now, returning as a family year after year. Great location, very comfortable and has everything you could need for a great stay. Parking is a definite bonus. Our children and dog enjoyed their stay too and are already asking to return
We absolutely loved staying here. The place is really well appointed, with pretty much everything you could need and is situated in a beautiful spot in Trearddur Bay, overlooking farmland with plenty of sheep and rabbits roaming around. The bedrooms are all a good size and are well appointed. My only issue was that the fridge is far too small for an 8 person property. There were only 6 of us and we had to play a lot of fridge tetris in order to get everything in that we'd packed for the weekend and constantly swap out beers and wines as we drank them.
Peaceful location although on a working farm, jets fly over during working hours which are enjoyable to watch. Central for sightseeing, lots of beaches a short drive away. Take an eyemask for sleeping if the light bothers you as there's gaps at the velux windows. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay, we'd come back.
As we entered through the gate our first impression was not good. The path and steps were covered in old dead leaves and there were cobwebs everywhere. Unfortunately things only got worse. Upon opening the door the first thing you see is the fridge with the bottom plinth all broken. The fridge worked fine but not a good start. I had to hoover all the walls as there were cobwebs and spiders in all the corners of the room. There was also damp issues in some of the rooms. I tried to phone the letting agent book they had closed. The following morning I spoke to the agent who sent someone round ...more
A lovely cottage in a wonderful location. Very good value and easy to book and access. I went with a friend and so really appreciated the 2 double beds. There's a cafe close by and a beach close by. I would definitely visit again
The house had everything we wanted on terms of facilities and location, the only downside was that the smooth bathroom floor tiles can be very slippery when wet, which was a concern for my elderly parents.
As always the property was very clean and we always love our stays in Rhosneigr, Jamie and his team are excellent.
Nice peaceful location and would stay here again. Family 2 adults and 2 kids plus dog. Would be a bit cramped with 5. House was nice and clean and had most things needed. 10 minute walk to shop through sheep field over a bridge style which was tricky with a dog. Other walk from the house south towards beaches and along the main road. Field opposite good for kids to play football and dog to sniff around. Good arrival info provided. Good WiFi. Plenty of towels. Even better ifs….bigger fridge freezer as it’s tiny for stays longer than a night! House is all electric so shower small and a dribb...more
We have stayed here several times and it is a wonderful spot and we had a great time as always. Only complaint is that this year's welcome pack was pretty abysmal compared with previous years.
A lovely, well renovated cottage with sea views in a quiet part of Cemaes. A good private outside sitting area. Well equipped kitchen. Unusual not to be left hand soap .
Rhos colyn is one of my fav places and staying at the little nest enhanced my stay Beautiful little apartment, great location highly recommend
Easy access to the beach and a quiet corner of Rhosneigr. Will think about booking again in the future.
Started holiday with no hot water or internet (chose this place as it stated there was internet), Dan from Anglesey holiday lettings was a life saver he fixed the hot water and even got us a starlink so we would have internet, if there is an employee award it should go to him, who ever does the cleaning needs speaking to as there was cobwebs in places that had been there a while. The en-suite needs looking at as it smells like stagnant water (we stayed here 7 years ago and it smelt the same then), the cottage is in a nice area close to a beach, the place needs slight updating if they are going...more
Loved stayingvat this property. In reality it was bigger than the impression from the photograghs. Very comfortable beds and homely.
We spent a great week at Seascape. The house is comfortable and spacious with a fabulous location and the views from the terrace and the house are wonderful. We would say, however, that the house is in need of a deep clean and some redecoration.
The house is in one of the best locations in Rhosneigr, with panoramic views across beaches and sea. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the 13 people in our group. We loved the proximity to the beach and easy walk into the village centre. It was beautifully quiet at night and it was magical listening to the waves and birds especially as the sun was setting. We loved the large kitchen diner and lounge. The hot tub was a massive hit especially with the children and was super clean with fantastic views over the bay. It would be useful to have a kitchen brush and du...more
Ideal location, spacious house that with a little more attention to detail and care of cleaning and maintenance could be fantastic. In particular the outside areas need sprucing up and tidying. All said, would recommend this for anyone who needs a space for elderly relatives as the annexe is private whilst still part of the main house. Some of the furnishings also need replacement as the sofa in the kitchen is worn and not comfortable.
A great property and location. A wonderful holiday was had here. Very convenient for shops and beach.
We spent 2 weeks in this lovely, upside down property. The cleanliness was superb! We had everything we needed and sharing the garden and washing machine was no problem. It was a10 minute drive to some stunning beaches and a great location for exploring the local area. Anglesey has a huge amount going for it if you’ve never visited!!
Fabulous location! Great large house with plenty of room for all the family! Great outdoor space and close to beach and all amenities!
A neat little house, well laid out and well stocked kitchen and useful utility room. Well placed for central Rhosneigr. A sweet garden which has table and chairs. However there are issues of internal damp that need addressing for health issues. As all the bedroom and sitting room windows let directly onto the pavement at the main town intersection there is no privacy should you open the blinds (and no semi opaque film which would help), and no baffle against street noise if you want to ventilate the house by opening the windows. The garden has one wall with, if I remember, 13 (!) notices plast...more
Lovely modern home within walking distance of Rhosneigr, the beach and, of course, The Oyster Catcher! Enclosed garden, so perfect for children and the dog. Added bonus for me of being on the flight path for the nearby RAF base. Quiet cul-de-sac and there is a handy Spar shop down the road.
Really well kitted out flat, amazing location, great pub underneath, and stunning views. Stayed here last year as well, but felt the flat had a few more minor niggles this time. Kickboard under kitchen units kept falling down, walls showing sign off wear and tear, and fridge door trays were either broken or missing. Balcony/terrace area is a welcome addition, but not in great condition Biggest issue was the same as last year - when’s it’s hot, the flat is really hard to cool down. Lots of windows screwed shut - not sure if this because it’s old or H&S concerns, but really effects comfort. A ...more
We’ve stayed at Bryn awel on many occasions over the past 19 weeks. Can’t fault anything about the apartment, brilliant location too.highly recommended.
We had a good family get together at Ty Heulwen - 7 adults. Plenty of space, good garden and very convenient. It’s a bit tired and that’s reflected in the price but some of the crockery and particularly the glasses need replacing and the seat covers were grubby. The garden furniture has seen better days. These are things that could be inexpensively addressed but would improve the experience in what is basically a good base for a fun holiday.
