We loved staying here, the apartment was cosy and comfortable, it had all the amenities you need for a break away, perfectly located in Rhosneigr. Cafes, Bars and restaurants all on the doorstep! We will be back!
The house was perfect in every way, location, such a sociable space and well equipped. Thank you a fabulous time away with the family
The property is beautiful throughout. It feels spacious and light and is equpped to a very hight standard. In the long weekend that we spent at Ty'r Mor, we experienced Anglesey weather at it's best, and at it's worst. The heated radiator in the cloakroom was an absolute boon for drying waterproofs etc ready for the next outing. The weather cannot spoil a stay here - just get togged up, and you can walk for miles in either dierction along the beach and you don't even have to cross a road. I loved the well equipped kitchen - so easy to knock up a tasty meal. There are plenty of places to eat...more
What a place!! We had the best week in mid July, it was the perfect location to explore Anglesey but the highlight was the hut. Finished to a very high standard, clean and cosy, fantastic views over the lake with plenty of wildlife and the planes taking off from the nearby airfield to keep you entertained. Only a short walk to the village and some stunning beaches. 100% would recommend and will definitely be returning. The wine, coffee, cheese and biscuits on arrival was a lovely touch!
Lovely weekend spent with friends in a cosy cottage. Tastefully furnished with the a log burner in the sitting room the cottage was well equipped and suitable for four adults. Kite cottage provides easy access onto the Anglesey coastal path and walks to Newborough and Aberffraw. Would highly recommend for those wanting a well presented property in a quiet location with easy access to the outdoors.
The Hoot is a perfect place to unwind. It had everything we needed and was clean and very comfortable. Richard and Gill were welcoming and helpful and we look forward to staying there again.
Stunning property that met all of our requirements. Very Clean and well thought out. Lovely views to the distant sea Would highly recommend
We had a lovely stay at this property right in the heart of Rhosneigr, beach is two minutes away at the end of the cul de sac so really safe for the pooch. The village is 5 mins walk and everywhere is dog friendly so lots of nice food out too! The house is clean and tidy with everything you need. The lounge/kitch is upstairs to benefits from the breathtaking views of the bay. The main bedroom is also upstairs with two additional bedrooms downstairs. The television upstairs is only small and no accessible hdmi ports but luckily there was an additional tv downstairs that we could bring up. Ov...more
The house looks even better when you get inside than it does on the advert. Everything about it just screams quality. The fittings, furniture, glassware, cookware, bedding. Y Cei was beautifully clean, extremely well appointed and, Oh My Word … the view!! We were lucky enough to be able to sit out in the garden a couple of times and the garden furniture is also exceptional quality. Our dogs loved the garden. We had a wonderful 10 days there and if I could give it a higher star rating then I absolutely would. We loved the place and would absolutely recommend it. Our party was 6 adults, a teenag...more
Wow. What a truly stunning house. We did not want to leave. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It.is very spacious and close to the beach and all amenities. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were also fantastic and I was able to extend my holiday by an extra day with no issues.
We spent a great holiday in this property and we have been spoilt. Great location, great view , very warm and comfortable. Been on 3 floor is probably not ideal for older people with limited mobility but the stairs were quite shallow and easy to go up and down. Great place and will be on the short list for a return visit
No 66 was a wonderful place to stay in Beaumaris, it was close to everything and we were able to park fairly easily. The house was extremely clean and well equipped and there was a lovely view from the top floor of the sea. We will definitely be returning at some point.
Property has the wow factor (10/10) Location is perfect. Would we stay here again - in a heart beat. If the property was for sale we would seriously consider buying it. We couldn’t recommended this property highly enough. Sad to leave after our week in Sandaig. Thank you
It was great from the moment we booked with through detailed information to a superb cottage. Great facilities and space for our whole party to relax and enjoy Rhosneigr. Easy walking distance to the Oystercatcher and the beach. Would certainly use again. Thanks
Absolutely lovely accommodation with good amenities and a secure garden in front for the dog.just next door was the laundry which was very handy with both a washer and dryer. I highly recommend this place as a good base for exploring Anglesey as it is just off the a55 which is extremely convenient.
What a fantastic holiday bungalow ❤️ We visited with three generations and the layout of the bungalow was perfect so we all had our private space. The large lounge with views over to snowdonia was spectacular With the additional playroom with the second TV allowed each generation to chill in front of their own TV's in the evening. The large kitchen was well equipped. The three toilets ideal with little ones. All in all a fabulous bungalow with a well cared for garden. The bungalow was impeccable clean and had all the amenities a large family could wish for to spend a week away togeth...more
We stayed here and it was great as very clean and tidy and modern and ideally placed at the centre of Rhosneigr. The only very minor negative is the lounge is very small probably due to the third bedroom created upstairs; however, on the flip side the kitchen / diner is large so if you like a party in the kitchen then this for you!
It's a gorgeous spot, the beach is literally at the end of the garden and the views over the sea are wonderful. The house is lovely and warm in the winter, despite the open layout. The downstairs kitchen diner is a great space for socialising with friends, and the kitchen is well stocked with pans etc. The lounge has huge comfy sofas, a load of DVDs to watch, and the most amazing view We'd definitely recommend for a stay
This was our 5th time staying at Owains Lake View. We love it and it never disappoints. Already looking to book to go back next year. Perfect property to explore beautiful Anglesey.
Had a fab week away. Lovely house. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Love booking with Anglesey letting …. always good quality accommodation. Will keep coming back. See you soon.
The country location of Monfa is right on the old A5 road which is extremely busy and a lot of noise from the traffic, overall Monfa was very clean and the facilities were good, the owner Ray came to greet us and left his number should we be short of anything or needed assistance. We were not able to walk from the property due to the speed and amount of traffic on the road.
We first stayed 2 years back February half term and had such fond memories so we booked again, but in the bigger cottage this time, it was huge! So cosy and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there, great cooking facilities, big fridge/freezer too. Both bedrooms had large ensuites. Beds were really comfy. High quality mattresses and bed linen plenty of fluffy white towels. Location is just perfect 5mins from the estuary and fantastic walks to the beaches and coves. Perfect for bird/nature spotting. Lovely cafe on site, GF options, good price and large portions. We would highly recommend it a...more
We had a lovely week at Off The Hook. It is located in a quiet location, close to the beach. The property was spotless and the beds are comfy. It has everything you need, apart from a freezer. There are 2 under counter fridges, each with a freezer compartment at the top to put bits and pieces in. The only thing I would suggest is having some blinds or curtains at the patio doors, both for privacy and to stop the sun bleaching things. The car park for the care home backs onto the property and in the evening with the lights on we felt we couldn't fully relax. A nest of tables would be a g...more
Lovely stay. We will be back and will use AHL. Liked the walk in shower and separate bath, (the shower hose over the bath wasnt easy to angle). The sofa was comfy, loved the conservatory, would have been better to be able to wall onto a paved patio instead of stones. Great location about 7 mins walk to the beach and bars
We really enjoyed our stay at Fronallt, it such a gorgeous home to come back to after exploring, well kitted out, comfy and warm, spotlessly clean, the garden was quite safe even though the wall was short in some areas , my dogs really enjoyed being outside at the house. The location is brilliant to close to the village
The property has access for one vehicle parking (electric charger if required) Located in the village centre close to shop's,pubs and restaurants. Modern facilities for self catering. Excellent central heating system kept the temperature comfortable. Would highly recommend and will return.
Had a fantastic stay. Lots of pluses about this place!! Excellent space, clean, modern, bright. Well presented in a rural location. Very well equipped, found everything we needed, plus a welcome pack including tea, coffee, biccies, wash liquid, soap, loo rolls etc. Doggy cushion and towel provided. Slept like a baby, the bed and linen extremely comfortable. Nice dark, quiet room. Our dog was very happy with it too, lovely floor to ceiling patio doors and a window in the kitchen with feeding station so they can also enjoy the view. Really lovely TV good, Smart with usual apps and Netf...more
Despite a few issues on arrival, these were quickly sorted by AHL and we had a lovely New Year stay at Sea Breeze. Great central location in beautiful Rhosneigr very comfortable, warm and spacious. Got everything you need and nice view from the juliet balcony. The only critique is that the 2nd double bed needs replacing, the base was broken (although quickly fixed by AHL) and the mattress is poor for 2 people to sleep in. Tip - be sure to put the parking barrier up when you vacate the space otherwise someone parks in it!! - even better if the barrier had a padlock. Overall nice apartment ...more
A beautiful spot and excellent location for exploring Anglesey. Accommodation was exceptional, very well equipped. We had both sections of the barn which was good for the family, 3 generations, to spread out and have some space. The garden is good for the kids, swings were a bonus. (Need to upgrade the bbq). Lots of information available at the venue. A 5 minute drive to a large retail outlet, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, KFC etc. Everywhere seemed to be no more than 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property.
We absolutely loved our time here. When we arrived we was amazed at the location as the beach is on your doorstep. Which is great for kids. The bungalow was very spacious. I did however feel like with it being a pet friendly place I think there should be a change of rug in the living room for people who are visiting without pets As my 8 months old was crawling we noticed the smell of dogs and dog hairs on the carpet. The mattress on the top bunk bed needs changing as it’s too high therefore made it unsafe for my daughter to sleep in there. There are a few things that need a bit of a ‘fix me up...more
We arrived on a cold wet Monday and walked in to the cosiest little welcoming apartment. Bright and airy perfectly equipped with everything you needed and the welcome pack and bag was very thoughtful! The weather wasn’t the best but we still explored Anglesey and came home each afternoon to a warm cosy base. Thank you it was just what we needed and we will be back later in the year.
The property contained all the needs for our family holiday and was presented clean and tidy on our arrival. Whatever the weather Rhosneigr always provides for a good break.
The accommodation is lovely. All very modern with lovely touches. It’s was spotless and only a short walk from the beach and centre of Rhosneigr. With the addded bonus of a garage with pool table, table tennis and darts. We would definitely recommend this property.
We had a great stay at Lagwn Glas we spent four weeks there and enjoyed the open plan living and the very large bedrooms, safe private parking and just a 2 minute stroll to the beach, we both really enjoyed our stay as well as are dog Bella!
The property was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped bathrooms and bedrooms were all lovely and obviously been recently updated
Lovely well equipped property in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Views are stunning and the house is very comfortable. Sainsbury’s delivery worked well and kitchen is very well equipped for keen cooks. Appliances are of excellent quality but the oven could do with a professional clean. Down sides: we found that the blinds in the bedrooms didn’t block out morning light so we woke early every day. Not a problem in March but could be during the summer. Visit to Anglesey salt was interesting and we enjoyed meals at The Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr.
This was our second stay at Stones Throw and third time staying in the village of Rhosneigr. The property is spacious, well equipped and we feel a home from home. Very peaceful and quiet. It’s literally a five minute walk to the beach and local amenities. Can recommend. Just struggled with key safe, we found it tricky to open, this was reported.
Driftwood was a lovely clean and comfortable property. Situated centrally in Rhosneigr it was handy for everything. One little downside, it is classed as pet friendly and I can understand no pets upstairs but there is a lovely big rear living room with great views but no dogs allowed in there. So we were restricted to the open plan area at the front of the house. Did not spoil our stay but it would have been nice to relax in the bigger room of an evening.
Our 2nd stay at this property. It’s conveniently placed for the beach and a short walk to the village centre. All information provided by the agent was well presented and relevant. The property was as we remembered. Perfectly laid out for our group. The welcome bag was a nice touch.
Stayed as a couple and small dog. Watched the horizon at least 30 mins after sunset best view in the village(we think so) Weather was kinder than forecast allowing for enjoying the many walking routes around Rhosneigr. Also visited other locations for the first time. Great to return to a warm and comfortable property. Will be returning later in the year Thank you AHL.
The location and style of this property suited our needs perfectly. A weekend bolt hole to chill with family from near and far.
Spacious property ideal for large families and great facilities. Good location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a lovely time in Anglesey for a family celebration. It was a delight to visit old haunts , the island is a treat . Ty Feram was an ideal size, warm and cosy with comfortable beds for the large party although not without a few hiccups, sorted out by the management team. Also worth noting as no heating in the conservatory can’t be used in the depths of winter but still beautiful views . Also noted no welcome pack as in - info on appliances /heating/ etc .
We've stayed here before and once again were not dissappointed as it's an excellent location with good off street parking and an EV charging point. We did have a rather strange welcome pack which included 3 toilet rolls! Really, shouldn't these be counted as essentials or maybe it was a bog off! Try as I might I couldn't find the dishwasher (well that's because there wasn't one) so I couldn't make use of the 4 tablets, however I did manage to squeeze the small sample of washing up fluid to make it last! I also managed to effect a repair to the bedroom door handle as the screws fell out! Come o...more
We love this wonderful apartment, so relaxing & perfectly located for us. It’s well equipped & has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Aberrfraw is truly a beautiful place & the whole of Anglesey is so accessible. Priced so well too for an out of season break & Anglesey Holiday Lettings are very easy to deal with, highly recommend booking with them!
Lovely house great location with brilliant views A tumble dryer would be great and expected for the standard of house And some more cutely and plates and as when a large party can be tricky However definitely a house we love and will keep staying . Maybe not in the the summer as very expensive.
This is actually the 11th time we have stayed with Anglesey Holiday Lettings and, mainly in Rhosneigr. That statistic alone says a lot about the company, the properties they manage and the Rhosneigr area. Our stay at Minstrel Lodge was a delight. We’ve actually stayed in 4 of the properties in this little close and Minstrel Lodge is possibly the nicest of them all, although they are all beautiful. We wanted for nothing and we’ll definitely be back soon.
Great place facilities great desk 3 rooms en suite convenient to getting round Anglesey - loads to see and do. Every year we discover new places. Great addition to order beans. All Main supermarkets kn one site. Used to get all food etc delivered on eve if arrival till Morrison s let us down Christmas Eve says can bribe due. So no left us with nothing! Prefer go get order ourselves. It’s so convenient
Wonderful location with seaview. Just unpack, relax and enjoy the lifestyle this house offers. Watch the tides coming and going, or watch the aircraft at RAF valley. Short walk to beach and town. Important to us to have space, views, garden, parking and this house offers it all.
Spending a week in Rhosneigr over New Year was just the treat we needed. The house was in a perfect location. Close to all local shops and bars. Entry was easy using the key safe., and we found the house to be lovely and warm ( with Christmas decorations a bonus) We were blessed with great , dry weather which meant lovely walks on the beach. The New Years Day swim was an unexpected fun surprise. Great to participate All in all, a brilliant week.
We have stayed many times in Niwl Y Mor, our favourite pet friendly property in Rhosneigr, we keep returning there for its perfect location and stunning sea views. The house is warm and welcoming, well equipped and spacious for the two of us with our dog. We have noticed subtle changes every time we return, the most recent is the newly refurbished downstairs shower room, nice but could have brighter lighting. The new sofa upstairs is smaller and not as comfortable as the old one. On a practical note, we feel that a shoe rack would be useful in the hallway or under the stairs and the microwav...more
On arrival we were very pleased with the cottage. It was warm, immaculately cleaned, beautifully furnished and decorated a with amazing views. We couldn't be happier. However, it was the first week in March and although the weather was kind during the day, the evenings were cold and on two evenings stormy. This wasn't a problem on Saturday, Sunday and Thursday but on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday we had no heating at all and to be honest we were freezing. Sitting on the sofa watching TV with the duvet off the bed over us to keep warm was not how we had imagined our holiday. After emailing to...more
We have stayed at Ty Traeth many times over the past 7 years and last year it looked tired in places. This years visit the house was clearly updated and back to the standard we are used too. :) We will absolutely return again, this is a very special house to us, it’s a shame that in the spring and summer prices are extremely high so we do have to take the risk of going in the winter time with unpredictable weather.
This cottage does all the important things right. Warm, comfortable, dog friendly (fenced off part of a lawn) and clean. It's unusual to not find fault. A couple of minor niggles, the older doors were almost impossible to close and the kitchen tap dripped, but nothing that spoils your stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was warm with a large shower. The double bed was of good quality and very comfortable, a good night's sleep every night. WiFi was slow, which meant the TV was slow to respond, but that's the local supply. Access from the road was simple, with a large driveway, ...more
The house was a perfect location for our stay, everybody had their own rooms to themselves and we enjoyed the break.
Another great stay in this excellent property. As many reviews state perfect location and very clean and warm. Not sure whether logs are now included? Previously we’ve had an initial load plus kindling. All the radiators were off on arrival so the property was very cold. It only takes a few hours to warm up so not a problem, we went for an amazing cliff top walk in the meantime. We will be booking again.
Lovely house. Right in centre of Rhosneigr with lovely views of the sea and sunsets from the living room. Plenty of space for a large family group with good number of bathrooms. Large kitchen, ideal for socialising. Path across the road leads directly to the beach, less than a 2 minute walk. Would happily stay here again. Few minor negative points to feedback: - Although large kitchen, all cupboards and drawers were full leaving no space to put groceries. Fine for a weekend break but if I was staying for longer, not ideal to have to keep food on bench. Would be helpful if one cupboard or a...more
Our second visit to Rhos Colyn. Can t fault the apartment. Any one with mobility issues would struggle with the steep stairs.
Great location, appreciated welcome bag … House cold on arrival …. Put heating on soon warmed up …. A bag of logs would be appreciated….. In need of a little sprucing up …. Shower was very nice , instant hot water and power level good …. I always leave a property very clean and tidy but being asked to strip beds a little much …
Had another lovely stay at Tyn Pwll, beautiful location, visited in January the house was lovely and warm even in the huge conservatory, there was plenty of room for everyone, the view from the dining table is amazing. The only sugguestion I would make is the back door key is left somewhere easy to fide, we couldn't find it, it would have been much easier to bring the dog in through the utility room. Would highly recommend this property, I'm sure we will be visiting again.
Stayed here for many years under different management, came back as we neded a bigger property than had been using, and at first was great to be back . Clean, modern, lovely house. Great set up, handy 2nd downstairs toilet, and very close to shop, pub and beaches. Only negative was major building works happening next door, mini diggers, demolition of extension etc. Fully accept nothing that can be done about it, but being informed about it prior to our stay I think would have been polite. I contacted the letting agent who's reply was "it out of their control", and they "hoped we had enjoyed ou...more
Ancones is a beautiful property in the heart of rhosneigr, great access to the beach and cafes/restaurants. The house is very spacious and comfortable and has everything needed for your break away, we would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
Absolutely beautiful house, very clean and comfortable and great location. Had a lovely time staying here.
It must be good as we keep coming back! Very comfortable and great location for the whole island. Heating was a bit limited but the staff soon provided an extra heater for us. Have already booked again for next year.
I returned to Tyn Lon for a second year as I enjoyed my stay so much the first time. The location is brilliant - the beach is just round the corner, which is really handy for the dogs walks. It's a short walk to the cafes and shops, which is great, as it's lovely and quiet but has the conveniences nice and close. It's a great location for exploring the rest of Anglesey, but the location is so lovely that you might not want to leave!
The bungalow was so clean, very cosy and warm, as it was February when we stayed so a bit chilly. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was so comfortable, bed linen clean and fresh, loved the fluffy towels. Great parking. It was great having a washing machine in the laundry room. Llys Llewelyn kitchen bar on site had some delicious home made food well worth a visit. The pub was a couple of minutes away and also the post office with supplies if needed. Great walks. Loved our 10 days there.
Spring Tide is a gorgeous house to stay in! Easy to get to the high street & beach when using the path at the side via the ‘pub’ car park at the back of the house (was not in use during our stay). The utility room was really useful and the kitchen/dining area was great to use as a family, coming from a long, dark Victorian house it was so lovely! A few points of feedback - Seating, as per previous comments I’d say this would be most comfortable for a small family, there is not enough seating for 8 bottoms in the lounge. Was just right for 2 of us to relax with our baby. At some point i...more
Lovely Apartment in an excellent location. Loved watching the sunset over the bay from there. Anglesey holiday lettings were excellent. Lovely welcome bag with all the essentials and their guest app is amazing, all the information for your stay in one place, a real bonus.
Great place to stay cottage comfortable and clean close to the beach for the dogs great cafe near by will return in the future
Fabulous house. Large, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Great facilities. Everyone enjoyed their stay including 3 dogs. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were quick and helpful responding to a request we made. Worth remembering. Unable to make mob. calls from property. We had problems booking a restaurant table on our last day.
The cottage was warm, comfortable and ideally situated for discovering the island. It was generally clean and well equipped but there were some very minor issues which I feel need attention… . three of the four cereal bowls were cracked and/or badly chipped . the vegetable peeler did not function . there was no potato masher . the cheese grater had not been washed after its last use . the kitchen waste bin was awkward to use and needed updating. The planning and management of my booking was first class. Thank you. It was a most enjoyable holiday.
The location was so great for us - access to beaches within minutes for morning walks and a stroll into town. The decor of the apartment was lovely - felt at home immediately. Really just what we were wishing for.
Very comfortable weekend break, We enjoyed walks over the sand dunes to the beach, followed by coffees and a delicious meal at the Oystercatcher.
Plenty of space. We will be coming again to this excellent house. The only concern was that several of the door latches do not catch and keeping dogs out of rooms was difficult.
Had a lovely stay at this property. Very well-equipped, extremely comfy beds and an excellent location. Would highly recommend.
What a delightful place, spotlessly clean providing everything you need for your stay. It is idyllic waking up to fields all around and knowing the dog was safe both front and back. It is a great base to get to different places, would recommend to anyone fantastic place. Already looking at going back. Thank you to Jan at Anglesey lettings for finding it for us.
Hafan is a lovely place to stay. We chose hafan because- it was February weather was mixed and had elderly parents with us ( one in there late nineties) and we wanted somewhere with a view and local amenities in walking distance. Didn’t disappoint and wind surfer's provided plenty of entertainment. The dogs loved the beach also. We made plenty of lovely memories to cherish. Only a couple of things that could be improved which are easily fixed- some hooks in shower room, grab rail my step down into dinning area and by front door. Thank you for letting us use your property it is in a beautiful l...more
This was our third stay at Rhonwil. The sofas in the lounge and conservatory are comfortable, and the bungalow was clean and tidy. The enclosed garden is great, and it's good to see that the garden furniture has been renewed. The WiFi was excellent. However, the property is now looking a bit tired and outdated. The bedroom wardrobes still have a damp, musty smell, so we didn't hang our clothes in them. The chains are broken on all the vertical blinds, and the conservatory blinds need replacing as they don't close properly and are mouldy in parts. As always, excellent service from Anglesey Ho...more
The stay at Bron Wendon was nothing short of magical, we booked for a week initially then called up before hand to see if we could add 2 days onto the start as we were so excited to get away after the busy Christmas period, to the credit of the team, they arranged for a cleaner to come in early and facilitated an additional 2 days at the drop of a hat. Once we arrived, the home was everything we could have wished for and more! From a superbly stocked kitchen, cosy bedrooms, instagram worthy bathroom and the cosiest lounge area I have ever been in which was only further developed once the fi...more
We stayed here for the weekend as 3 friends with 3 dogs and was perfect for our needs. The location couldn't be any better with the beach and sea at the end of the road. The house itself was well equipped with a lovely welcome pack. Having 3 bathrooms is definitely a bonus and we enjoyed the open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area. As we stayed in March we didn't really get to enjoy the garden but it would be great in warmer times. The beds were comfy and lovely thick towels provided. Lots of information provided prior to our stay with the app and also a booklet in the house. The only negativ...more
Couldn’t fault this place. Beautifully designed and well maintained and equipped. Great location. We had a great time.
Visited twice now. Love the big secluded garden.ample parking. Not far from Treaddhur Bay. Will return.
The Little Nest was a lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The large bedroom had a comfy super king bed and it was very convenient to have a small kitchen. My only criticism is that when we arrived the door only had a sign for The Nest and we didn’t know where to go for The Little Nest, not realising the door was for both properties.
Our second visit to White Cottage and we have already booked for next summer. The hot-tub was a great success and well maintained. The location and views are spectacular. All appliances were in working order. The separate freezer was a real bonus as was the additional oven. A great venue for a large gathering.
We have been to Seascape a number of times and would like to return however there needs to be some decoration, it felt tired inside. Needs a bit more attention to detail. Inside cupboards and drawers in kitchen needed cleaning too.
It was a lovely property with a fabulous location but there is some tlc needed. We had to fix a leaky radiator and the kitchen tap also leaked. Someone had also started to decorate so done all the edges of the walls which was a bit random. Overall a lovely property though.
Excellent place to stay. Valuable for the money. Excellent location very clean and perfect. Staff and place very good
We loved it here, safe enclosed garden for the dog was perfect as so many places overlook this or say it is enclosed when it isn't. Really comfy beds, lovely hot rainfall shower, well equipped, quiet location, Rhosneigr accessible, and beach walks close by. The only criticism is the level of cleanliness in some areas like the kitchen wasn't great - dirty cutlery in the drawers and a sticky floor. But upstairs was spotless. There was no guidance on how to work the heating or oven in the welcome pack. All in all, we loved our stay. We'll definitely come back.
Morwennol was perfect for our multi generational family celebration weekend. Having the ground floor en suite bedroom was a little haven. Upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for two couples & three grandchildren. The master bedroom had a very special view of Rhosneigr beach & the sea - sunset was wonderful. Morwennol does need a bit of tlc as it’s looking a little tired in places. Would have appreciated the 5 bathrooms/loos having at least a toilet roll in each on arrival. The enclosed garden was perfect for little ones to safely run around in but our cocker spaniel did escape under the...more
We had a great week in this lovely property which is much larger than we expected. It is really well appointed with everything we needed, and in a fabulous location right in the centre of the village. The only comment would be it could do with some curtains or black out blinds in the main bedroom. Would definitely recommend
Rhoscolyn remains one of our very favourite places to visit on Anglesey. This was our third stay above the White Eagle Pub, having stayed at both The Nest and The Little Nest on enjoyable previous visits. The Nest is in a great location and is spacious and clean, although, as highlighted after our previous stay, some of the decoration and furniture is looking tired and in need of a refresh. However, our stay on this occasion was marred by two significant events. Firstly, the lock on the front door got jammed at around 9:30pm on our first night, meaning that we couldn’t actually get...more
Excellent property, good value for money and great central location for the village and beach. Certain parts of the house could do with a refresh as they seemed quite dated. It would be good to see window restrcires on the uostairs childrens bedroom as there is no way to lock the window.
The views are fantastic. Fabulous view down to the sea from living room and twin bedroom. The accommodation is very spacious, large bathroom with shower. The living room was comfortable. There was everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The seating area directly outside the apartment, was good, especially when the sun was shining, it was a sun trap. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.
