Absolutely loved our stay at Mornacott, really peaceful relaxing location. Cottage had everything we needed but smallest of suggestions would be that providing more hangers would be helpful. The pool was great fun and a decent size compared to other places, and super clean. The night safari was so much fun and had the kids mesmerised - special thanks to Charles for this. The games room was great to keep the kids occupied while we made dinner. Archie was only a text away if we ever had any questions. All in all if we ever visit Devon again the future we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
This was our second visit to Orchard Cottage and we were not disappointed. Our family of four adults and four children had a wonderful time. Archie was always available when needed and couldn't have been more helpful. We are grateful to all of the team at Mornacott who helped make our holiday so special. Thank You from us all.
We stayed at Mornacott in The Old Stables which is three double en-suite bedrooms, with a large open plan, kitchen, diner, lounge. We couldn’t fault the accommodation, it was good value for a family of four given you also had the pool two hours a day to yourselves. Archie gave us a tour of the facilities, when we arrived which was around 8pm. We have been to a number of similar places and we have never had a tour. Archie was available when ever we needed to ask a question. We added EV charging, which was an extra £60 it was unlimited, which sounded a lot. However considering local ...more
