Once a derelict old farm house, West End farm has been restored into a luxury country retreat, just 15 minutes drive to the beach and local market towns, this is the perfect getaway for larger groups.

Advertised as luxury - it is!

West End Farm was the venue for our annual October Half Term break. Described as luxury we were not disappointed.
Other guests have described the property as wow, fabulous, breathtaking, immaculate, beautiful, stunning, gorgeous, superb, luxurious, spotless. I would not disagree.
There was room for everyone to spread out and we certainly enjoyed the house and Lodge to the full. From movie afternoons in the lounge to quiz nights in the bar. Not forgetting the 12 person hot tub and BBQ!
The kitchen proved a hit with the ‘catering team’ who, whilst preparing the family meals, were able to watch the TV and boogie to the sound system. The kitchen on our holiday has never been so popular. Any kitchen that copes with our Sunday roast for 13 gets 5 stars from us.
Finally well done to all the team at Unique Retreats. A beautifully presented property. Mollie, Lewis and Duncan always on hand to sort out any queries. Great stuff.

This house is an absolute gem, clean, tidy, comfortable, especially the beds, and attention to detail, all 100% fantastic family weekend celebrating my 60th birthday. Everything you need is there for both adults and kids from games and tv area to hot tub, piano and a bar. Fabulous place to stay.

The house was simply breathtaking, the grounds immaculate and the rural location tranquil and peaceful. Molly and Lewis looked after us from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The welcome hamper and fresh bread was a lovely and very welcome touch.
The house inside was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We are a blended family and so space was very important to us. The rooms were huge and gave everyone privacy when they needed it. Downstairs space was equally impressive with a choice of places to eat and socialise. We loved the grand piano and the bar room.
Outside the huge hot tub was a real hit as was the games room and the dog enjoyed the freedom of the gardens.
The house is in a perfect location to explore the stunning East Yorkshire coastline with the beach being only a 15 minute drive. Amazing week we would highly recommend.

Wow! What an absolutely stunning weekend we had at West End Farm for my sisters hen party!

The house was absolutely immaculate in every way. The location & setting, we were impressed from the moment we drove down the driveway! Every room was perfectly clean, with gorgeous furniture and decor. This really felt like a home, a true luxury stay.

We were greeted by the lovely owner at Unique Retreats who was so polite & friendly, making us feel at home from the second we arrived. They welcomed us with hen party balloons, a gorgeous hamper and freshly baked bread which made the kitchen smell divine! She was attentive throughout our stay, accommodating all our requests and on hand to help with any questions.

I cannot rave about this property enough. Every guest didn’t stop gushing over how gorgeous the house was all weekend!

We booked this to celebrate family birthdays and it was the perfect find. Molly and Lewis could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The accommodation was superb and location perfect. We would definitely stay here again and will certainly look to unique retreats first when planning another getaway. Thank you one again

We stayed at West End Farm this weekend and what a truly stunning accommodation this is in the perfect rural setting.
No detail or expense has been spared, it is immaculate throughout and has everything (and more) that you need for a luxurious stay.

We can’t even begin to put into words how much everyone of us enjoyed our stay.
You arrive and the house is breathtaking, everything is spotless. A welcome hamper full of goodies is there to welcome you for your stay. The fresh warm bread and butter was a lovely touch after a long journey.
The rooms are so spacious, clean and you are welcomed with beautiful high end toiletries.
Everything was spot on!
We would love to return in the future!

Lewis and Molly couldn't have been more helpful and supportive whilst arranging a surprise getaway for Mum's 60th birthday! Considering our last minute change of venue, they pulled all the strings possible to make it a perfect few days for a family breakaway. With a house this stunning, you're never short of somewhere to relax and soak in the peaceful tranquility of your surroundings.
100% recommend West End Farm to anyone trying to find a peaceful breakaway with a group of nearest and dearest!
To sit in a hot tub, playing music you love surrounded by people you love, smelling the bbq cooking food you love! It was everything we needed!
