For my 70th birthday, our entire family, four children, their partners and our nine grandchildren descended on Lilycombe Farm for five days! What can we say? It was utterly fantastic!! Of course, it was fantastic having our whole family around us but Lilycombe Farm exceeded all expectations in their effort to make our stay as special as we had hoped it would be. We had such a fantastic week staying at Lilycombe farm. We stayed in Deerleap which was the perfect base for my husband and I and our two children! Everything we needed, and very comfortable....lovely pool too. Jane and Richard couldn't have been more accommodating, thank you. We hope to be back soon!
Lilycombe Farm is simply a fantastic venue for family holidays. The setting is quiet, rural and very pretty and the cottages are superbly comfortable and elegant with every imaginable facility, plenty of space, bathrooms and great, spacious bedrooms . We had 2/3 cottages for our extended family gathering together to celebrate a 70th birthday and holiday together. We loved the pool and cinema room, particularly given the unseasonal chilly weather. Garden House was lovely - it was perfect for our group size and everything was great quality and in great condition - frankly it looked newly renovated.
We had a wonderful time at Jack’s Barn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t want to leave! The grounds are beautiful and the barn so clean and comfortable. The pool is brilliant and was a huge hit with everyone. Lilycombe is a very special place and we highly recommend it. The owners were also very helpful in answering queries before our stay and ensuring that everything was right for us.
