Corner Cottage is a gorgeous, 17th-century, timber-framed holiday home with immaculate and contemporary facilities that blend perfectly with its Grade-II listed charm. The cottage sleeps 3 (+1) across two bedrooms and has an immaculate, contemporary kitchen and shower room and a cosy living-dining room, with the impressive, original inglenook making a grand statement. Corner Cottage has a lawn with an apple tree and a patio, with adjacent off-street parking and sits at the heart of the ancient but thriving village of Bretforton, with the famous Fleece Inn just a two-minute walk away, and the whole Cotswolds region and Stratford-upon-Avon within easy reach.

Overall a good stay but ground floor had wood lice everywhere as we walked in.

Generally a nice stay but we did walk in to around 20-30 lice as we entered the cottage. Some dead, most alive. Some in the bathroom, on the curtains but most in the kitchen.

We contacted the owner who apologised.

Overall the cottage was nice, mostly clean (dusty in parts) and nice and quiet (if that’s what you want - we did).

The Cottage was immaculate and we loved staying in Bretforton. Will definitely stay again this year at some point.

Initially Corner Cottage appears wee, but once settled in it was cosy, comfy, well laid-out and all we needed for a very chilled stay. The bedroom is large, airy and has an excellent bed. The kitchen was all we needed to enjoy home-cooked meals using local farm produce. Snuggled on the sofa in the characterful living room was restful. The location is great. The Fleece Inn worth a visit and walks, cycle-rides and lovely Towns all accessible.
