With a front-row seat to the spectacular views of Monmouthshire’s rolling hills, Beaufort Farmhouse is a gorgeous Jacobean farmhouse filled with personality and quirky charm. The stylish interior sits over four floors and is a carefully curated blend of antiques, curios, oil paintings and sumptuous fabrics. Ancient beams, flagstone floors and roaring fires are historical echoes of Beaufort Farmhouse’s intriguing past. The property now has all the mod-cons you’ll need for your stay, and some fun additions, like Smart TVs, a games room with a snooker and pool table, a Sonos sound system, and a PlayStation. There are five sumptuous bedrooms, with a single room leading from the Nell Gwyn room, and the flexible configuration of beds makes this an excellent choice for family gatherings and groups of friends. Swoon-worthy bathrooms aplenty, and a fabulous kitchen diner. Pretty gardens and a glorious terrace sit under the peaceful gaze of St. Nicholas Church, whilst the excellent village pub, renowned for great food and equally good live music, is just a short stroll away. This is a place for lovers of the outdoors, where the wild landscapes will stir your soul. For photographers and active adventurers, it’s the perfect base to explore the rugged beauty of the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains.

A beautiful stay

We had a beautiful stay at Beaufort Farm House recently as a surprise 60th birthday celebration for my mum. We were a group of 8 with two children.
It was a truly stunning property in a breath-taking setting. So peaceful and tranquil. From the magnificent views, to the quirky stairs and rooms, the house was simply amazing and we couldn't fault any aspect of our stay. Whilst we did have a slight miscommunication at the beginning (very minor) this was brilliantly resolved by the owner, Fiona. We had great contact and nothing was too much trouble from our first communications, during our stay and afterwards. The house is very old and has so much character and is beautifully decorated. The old spiral stairs, beautiful fireplace and pool table made the house that extra special!
Our mum had an incredible time for her birthday at Beaufort. We will certainly be back to create more family memories.
