7 of us stayed at the Parsonage to celebrate our 60ths and we had the most wonderful time. The open plan space in the kitchen/dining/orangery was so conducive to sociability, we barely wanted to leave the house! It felt like a real privilege to stay there. Thank you so much.

There were just a few little niggles which we hesitate to mention but do so as it might help future guests if attended to. There were plenty of towels in the house but only one or two of the rooms had them placed on the bed - in others there were none which we thought strange. The fob/security box for the front gate was a bit cumbersome with each of us arriving separately in the dark. The description mentions hairdryers in every rooms - we could not find these. It was lovely to have a Nespresso machine but it would have been nice to know the extra pods required were Vertuo ones rather than the basic variety.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent stay at The Parsonage. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time with us, though we’re sorry to read about the concerns you’ve raised. Your feedback is truly valuable, and we have shared it with the property manager. They have confirmed that the security box is well-lit, and for guests arriving later, the intercom at the gate should be used. Guests already in the house can grant access via the intercom in the kitchen. To ensure a smoother experience, we will be adding this information to our pre-arrival details. Additionally, the hairdryers are stored in the bedroom drawers, and the team would have been more than happy to assist had you reached out during your stay. Please know that the other points you’ve mentioned have also been noted and are being looked into. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to the Cotswolds in the future.

We had an amazing weekend at The Paronage. Everything about it was wonderful.
What a beautiful house, which was equipped with everything we needed.
We experienced a power cut while we were there and Jo was incredibly responsive, even offering to order dinner in for us!
Thank you so much!

The cottage is beautiful , well equipped and well decorated. It is a big property so expect more ensuite bathroom with the room. Found some webs and tiny spiders in the rooms. Tried to book Blenheim Palace tickets with the discount code provided which did not work. Customer service not helpful to sort out despite sending email and phone call.
Overall we have enjoyed staying at the Parsonage.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay at The Parsonage. We are pleased to hear that you liked the property and enjoyed your stay. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to to get the Blenheim Palace discount code to work, the member of staff you spoke to in the office checked this and confirmed whilst on the phone that this was working and suggested to be sure that when copying the code, to not include any spaces. We do hope that you are able to book with us again in the future!

The Parsonage is absolutely a divine place to spend any duration. The house is beautiful with stunning grounds. Each room and area of the house is well thought of and designed.
I cannot recommend it enough.
Paul was super helpful as was Jo. Great stay and can’t wait to return.
