Our stay at Pinada Del Rio villa was quiet and comfortable. We received warm and helpful welcome from Ted who was happy to help with any queries throughout the week. The location is easy to access from the airport but absolutely requires a car as there are only other villas within in walking distance. Supermarket in nearest town is 15 minute drive.
The villa is spacious and around the pool are multiple seating areas to track the sun/shade throughout the day. The pool was clean throughout our stay. Bathrooms were clean and showers hot (although sometimes hot water stopped temporarily, presumably due to water pressure issues) Beds were comfortable and air con helped keep us at a good temperature. The upstairs bedroom has no door but is not overlooked.
In general the villa has the feel of an Airbnb as we definitely felt that we were staying in someone else’s home. I think that as a holiday rental it would benefit from an ‘edit’ of the personal effects and abundance of crockery and cutlery which took up a lot of room in the kitchen units. Additionally, for a summer stay we would have preferred a lightweight duvet (bed made with a 13.5tog) and perhaps choice of pillows to sleep on rather than the huge memory foam pillows, or feather pillows provided.
We did appreciate the generosity of seating areas, towels, books and pool inflatables.
Overall we really enjoyed our villa stay.

Myself and my three sisters stayed in the villa for 11nights and found it to be very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The pool area was very clean and tidy with lots of outdoor seating . The housekeeper,Ted was extremely helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return for another stay .

The villa had everything we were looking for: quiet, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is well-maintained and clean. We were able to cook both in the kitchen and on the grill and found all the equipment we needed to do so. The surroundings are very pleasant and the views from various points in the villa show-off the scenery. We really liked the nearby town and easy access to places of interest.

Quiet location away from the crowds but within easy driving distance from the coast. Facilities were excellent, internet and UK TV connections worked to the delight of two teenagers who used them without complaints. The pool and garden were well used at all times of the day with plenty of space and shaded areas to use when you get tired of sun bathing. The pool and garden were well looked after by John and Susie. If you are looking for a quiet place to chill out this villa deserves consideration.
