This 3-bedroom detached villa occupies a prime, level location on Kalkan’s Kalamar Road. Ideally situated between the town centre and the popular Kalamar Beach Club, the property features a private freshwater pool, mature gardens, and a panoramic roof terrace with stunning views of Mouse and Snake Islands.

This villa is in a perfect location on the Kalamar Road - an excellent range of restaurants, supermarkets and the Elixir Hotel with the best spa in Kalkan (Nur & Haken) . The ground floor has been recently refurbished - a well-equipped kitchen and good furnishings in the open plan lounge/dining area. The bedrooms are a good size - with plenty of storage - unfortunately there was a build up of mould in some of the showers which was unattractive. The shower in the twin bedroom is quite small - fine for children. We had a few issues concerning the property which were dealt with speedily by the Property Manager. The views from the villa were amazing however the outside furniture was tired, broken and not especially clean. The BBQ was rusty and we avoided using it. A lovely pool - but watch the handles of the steps - they do get extremely hot! These are all minor negatives - overall a good place to stay - cannot fault the location!

Villa Beloulou was just perfect!
Our holiday there was amazing. The villa is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room in the lounge area and all of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies ensured everyone had their own space.

The Pool area was perfect. Comfy sun loungers and enough parasols for everyone to get a bit of shade when needed. The Pool was just right for cooling off and the size was perfect for our family of 4.

The location was ideal. A mini-market just 2 doors away and a variety of lovely restaurants just up the road.

A short 15 minute walk to the old town or a 3 minute taxi ride.

We loved our holiday and Villa Beloulou and we will return.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Kalkan, staying at Villa Beloulou.

The Villa was faultless; immaculately clean, beautifully appointed and excellently equipped! Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The pool is a good size and kept our children (13 and 11) amused for hours. There is also plenty of space around the pool for relaxing and an idyllic shaded area for outdoor dining on the terrace above the pool.

Kalamar Beach club is an easy distance from the villa and worth a visit, there is a supermarket a minute away and there are also several restaurants on your doorstep if you don’t want to venture into Kalkan old town, however, the old town is lovely for wandering around, shopping and dining out.

We wouldn’t hesitate to return to, or recommend, Beloulou!!

This was the second time we have stayed at Villa Beloulou. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Kalkan town but only 15 minute walk into town. There are some lovely restaurants close to the villa, Cafe Vita, Aqua, The Brothers to name a few.

The villa itself has been refurbished to a very high standard and provides everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The pool area is spacious and cleaned daily. The alfresco dining area and new seating area was lovely and the views from the roof terrace just stunning. We will definitely be returning. Can’t rate this villa highly enough.

This is our second stay and certainly not the last. Excellent location, quieter area than central Kalkan but plenty of walkable restaurants and small local shops. With great views of the the coast and mountains.
A large villa with exceptional outside space. Pool area is fantastic. Since our last stay they have updated the lounge and indoor dining and a new lovely kitchen.
My only criticism is that the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are horrific. So please let this be the next thing on your to do list at the Villa.
