A stunning 3-bedroom detached property close to the water-front in the Kisla area of Kalkan. The villa is beautifully-presented and has its own pool and amazing views towards Kalkan town. An added bonus at this property is that it has its own private bathing platform with direct access to the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was great having the three separate outside areas, the kitchen was equipped so well. Thoroughly recommend staying at this beautiful house.

This Villa was more gorgeous inside and out than the photos could show. You felt able to lose yourself in the various outside areas that were very tastefully presented. The views were stunning especially from the jacuzzi on the terrace. We used the free water taxi from the beach club to Kalkan quite a few days, just left a tip in the box, you could see the boat coming across from the Villa to time your walk down. If it wasn't there the staff at the beach club were very helpful and rang for us.
The weather was glorious although a little hot due to the heatwave so we were unable to do a couple of outside excursions we had planned. We took a boat trip with Sea Bella and would highly recommend. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in Kalkan and we found them to be reasonably priced especially for the water front.

We would highly recommend Beyaz Kelebek

Beautiful position with amazing views . Pool and jacuzzi with the addition of access to the sea via a private platform. Lots of sunbeds and different areas to relax.
Villa furniture a little dated .
A 2 minute walk to beach club and water taxi which takes you to Kalkan .
Loved every minute

A fantastic villa with magnificent views across the harbour. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are superb as is the outside space. The kitchen is really well equipped and had everything you could wish for. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little small but that’s not important as it’s the downstairs and outside space that you will spend most time.

The sea platform, upstairs plunge pool and main pool are magnificent and offer the most spectacular views.

The villa is a 45 minute walk to Kalkan main town which we enjoyed walking but it may not be for everyone, especially in the hotter months.

There is a gym in the cellar which could benefit from an upgrade and air conditioning.

Location is fabulous for views and privacy but need to take taxi / water taxi to go into centre of Kalkan for restaurants, shopping etc. Walking is possible but quite hilly and not suitable for pushchairs.
