A contemporary style 3-bedroom detached villa with fabulous views over Kalamar bay. The villa has its own infinity-edged pool and is set within the prestigious Azure Heights development.

The villa was very nice but there were problems which had to be bought to the attention of the owner.
We had to contact the owner that the hot tub needed to be cleaned urgently.
The TV remotes did not work.
The TV in the bed room did not work.
The handle on the shower screen door was missing.
The main parasol was badly ripped.
We feel the villa should had been cleaned and towels change for a ten night stay.
But after all above the villa was very nice and the setting had a great view and the owner was very nice also.

Villa was immaculate - excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Any questions quickly and easily resolved by Ali and Zal. Pool was perfect, everything we wanted. Aircon a welcome relief as it was very hot. We were also very grateful to the owners who allowed us a late checkout on the Saturday making our final day / return trip very easy.

We really enjoyed our week at the villa, despite the steep climb back from town. Do not bring heels! Trainers were invaluable!! Taxis are cheap to and from town (c£3).
Gorgeous views from the infinity pool - really made our stay. It was a stunning location.
The villa was spotlessly clean both inside and out.

The property is in a very good location and is extremely well equipped. Very clean and well maintained.

Villa Chremado was great. Modern with most of the features you would want. It’s in an elevated position and has great views and is in a quiet location. Kalkan is built on a steep hill and the roads are not good so you need to get everywhere by taxi however there are plant of taxis and only 20LR per trip.
Olive Tree Travel are the best company I have dealt with and sorted every need we had - cant fault them

Lovely villa situated quite high up the hill on the Kalamar side of the bay

Great views

Villa is very nicely appointed, clean and comfy rooms with a large patio area and a very nice and clean infinity pool

Kitchen well equipped - we BBQd at lunchtimes some days and most evenings we ate out as very cheap and excellent local cuisine

Would recommend a car due to the hills - 5 mins into harbour versus a hot 20 mins walk (you would need a taxi back for sure if you’re walking)

Olive tree arranged airport transfers and a car to be delivered locally

We used the car to do a lot of excursions too - Patara beach, Saklikent, Tlos, Xanthos, Letoon Pinara (amazing)

The wonderful Kalamar beach club is directly down the hill from the villa - we used it a lot

We also recommend a private day (or two on one of the gullets) Olive tree arranged two trips for us on a wonderful gullet called the muddy boat - brilliant memories
