A fabulous 3-bedroom penthouse apartment in a very convenient location - the apartment benefits from having a roof terrace with beautiful sea views plus a plunge pool for sole use.

Wonderful duplex penthouse in a fab location just off Kalamar Road. Close to all amenities and a short 10 min walk in to town. We know the area well so knew this would be a perfect location for us.

The apartment was spotless, very modern and has everything you need (and more....3 TV's) for a lovely relaxing stay in Kalkan. The space is wonderful and the room sizes sizes make it feel more like a villa. The huge roof terrace with plunge pool is probably the star feature for us with amazing views and well equipped for dining and relaxing. The plunge pool isn't huge but perfect for cooling down and the provision of pool/beach towels is a lovely touch.

Communication with Frank was great, quick to respond and very helpful .

Loved every minute and would definitely stay again.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this fabulous penthouse apartment booked through Olive Tree Travel. Seamless 0300hrs entry into the apartment after a late night flight... slept in really comfy beds with lovely pillows and crisp bedding... spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, books & games to use too! The welcome pack was lovely and provided our breakfast until we could shop on day 1. The water cooler was a godsend, we weren't expecting that so a lovely bonus! The outside terrace is more spacious than it looks, with fabulously padded sun loungers and views to die for across the bay, and the plunge pool is just the right temperature to cool you off! Air conditioning worked really well too. Lovely owner Frank was really helpful with one little request from us so thank you for that Frank :-) There is a great Migros supermarket and a couple of bars/restaurants/coffee stops just a couple of streets away, and Kalkan is an easy 10-15min max stroll into Kalkan centre. We walked back some nights and taxi'd when we felt a little lazy! Such a lovely place to spend time in, we wouldn't hesitate to return! We have just returned from Hayat apartment in Kalkan. The apartment is superb everything you could ask for and more. It is spacious, tastefully furnished, clean and a view to die for. The plunge pool is more than sufficient to cool off in and plenty of room on the terrace. Would definitely recommend. The service and communication with Olive Tree Travel was excellent making our stay there run smoothly from arranging taxi transfers and organising an initial shop for our arrival. I would definitely recommend the apartment and also Olive Tree Travel. They were amazing answering any queries promptly and very efficiently. Will definitely return.

Convenient location in a quiet residential area. A modern apartment which we felt could benefit from a few improvements to improve the self catering experience. We felt the apartment would benefit from a water cooler and the addition of some basic plastic kitchen equipment like small mixing bowls, measuring jug, oven gloves.

We were first timers in Kalkan, so not sure what to expect.
We felt very safe & secure in the apartment. The views were simply lovely.
Kalkan is very hilly, so a bit of a hike in the heat of the day, so we kept cool on our rooftop, with the splash pool ,
Then ventured out at night to the lively restaurants in the town.
Really good location.
