A contemporary 3-bedroom villa in a convenient location just off the Kalamar Road near the Elixir Hotel, so just a 15 minute walk in to town. The villa has its own pool and has wonderful views across the olive groves in front of the property and from the bedrooms, glorious views across to Kalkan Bay.

This is a stunning villa incredibly well appointed.The pool was a good size and the outside space was very generous.Well designed inside with spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen.
Bonus for us was how close to shops and local restaurants it is so that you don’t always need to go into town.

We had a great holiday at the villa. It's modern and clean and has everything you'd need for your holiday. The villa has lots of room for 6 people and the location is an easy walk into Kalkan. Would highly recommend.
