Had a wonderful stay at Harbour Heights - The Penthouse, beautiful apartment very spacious outside with amazing views Own pool was a bonus with lovely garden the staff who maintain the property were lovely ,this booking was pre- covid and was well worth the wait.

The Penthouse was beautifully turned out, the position in Kormorluk was ideal and easy for shopping and eating in town and beach clubs with the many available taxis. The pool area is thoughtfully landscaped giving a Mediterranean courtyard feel to it. The apartment was kitted out with sensible items meaning cooking was easy. The BBQ was useful as well. I think it is important to note in Olive Tree's details that this property is not entirely private. Both the outside pool dining and the pool area itself can be used as a walk through by the two apartments below from the entrance to The Penthouse on the Kormorluk Road. Sadly, we did not appreciate this and were unaware at the time of booking. If people can overlook this possibility of others walking by these areas I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

As there are x3 apartments within the Harbour Heights development on a communal plot, on occasion, the occupants of the two apartments below The Penthouse may use the upper entrance / exit if they choose, even though they have a much more convenient entrance to their apartments at the bottom of the complex. What a beautiful apartment! The views are spectacular and there are so many places to enjoy them from. Inside it is so well equipped but also beautifully furnished and all proportions are really generous. The outside space is spectacular too - not ‘just’ the balcony, the enormous top floor terrace, private pool and bbq, oh and the shared infinity pool, but the beautiful flowers surrounding them and the tough balance of privacy and amazing views in a town setting completely found.
It was all so clean and well look after - as were we - during a fantastic holiday in Kalkan. Thank you!

Stayed in the penthouse apartment for a week with my girlfriends. (5 of us celebrating our 60th birthdays). The apartment us over 2 floors and is huge. We had our own pool and use of the infinity pool - both fabulous. Cleaners came in midweek. Loads of space outside to eat lunch and look at the amazing views. Would stay here again in a heartbeat .

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay in this superbly smart and comfortable apartment. We were able to relax, quite literally from the moment we arrived because not only is the location stunningly beautiful but because the whole space has been so thoughtfully put together, both inside and out. On a practical level, everything was spotlessly clean, in excellent working order and basically just made sense,so it was very easy to live in. Far more than that though, the stylish furnishings mixed with traditional touches gave a real sense of luxury, interest and character.

The whole apartment is stunningly light and bright but we also appreciated the variety of terraces across both levels of the front and back of the penthouse so we could enjoy sun or shade at any time of day. It really does feel like a villa. The private pool area at the back felt completely removed from the communal pool and the 2 other apartments downstairs and the gardens around the pool and its lovely dining area are beautifully designed and maintained. Very calm spaces with shady areas and beautiful sea glimpses in contrast to the full stunning sun and sea vistas across the front (I was pleasantly surprised by how much sun the private pool gets, you have to chase it a bit by around 6 ish but can still be enjoyed or just move through to the front terraces). The gardens in fact felt like a real oasis and for us provided complete distraction from the work which will be going on around the building (we understand it will take place and be completed out of season and hadn't started yet so we weren't bothered at all).

We always felt in very safe hands with the friendly team who look after the building, the pool was checked and tidied every day and they delivered fresh bread each morning. We also appreciated the mid week clean, all done with minimum disturbance.

This apartment also made enjoying the best of Kalkan very easy. Most of the time we walked into town, a fairly easy 10ish minute walk along the mainly flat road out of the top entrance to the apartment took us to the old town / all the roof top restaurants or carrying on down to the harbour. We then either walked or took a taxi back from town. This was also a great spot for walking to our favorite beach clubs. If you don't mind a few killer steps or bit of a climb on the way back (after all, you can't get these views without a bit of a climb!!) then you are only a few minutes down to Palm Beach or Zest Beach clubs and we also discovered you can walk 5/10 minutes up to the little supermarket by the Patara Beach entrance and then only another 10 minutes down to the Villa Mahal Beach club though there really is quite a climb back out of that one, worth it though we would say!!
Overall, It really was an absolute pleasure to stay in The Penthouse and we are extremely grateful to the owners, their team and to Olive Tree for giving us such a perfect time. We will really look forward to our next visit...

If I could give this apartment more than 5, especially for location, I would. You can't imagine what it is like unless you are there. Relaxing in the infinity pool watching that stunning view is just out of this world. I wouldn't hesitate to book the Penthouse at Harbour Heights again. It is a beautiful apartment, with absolutely everything you would need, including a huge array of books to read whilst you're there, so no need to bring your own! The master bedroom on the top floor is just gorgeous and what a view from the roof terrace, both day and night. The team looking after the property are brilliant, tending to the pool areas daily and a mid week clean in the apartment too. Short walk into town, we found a little short cut down some stairs that took you near to the beach. A vast array of beach clubs on your doorstep too. There is nothing to not like about this apartment, thank you for such a memorable stay.

What a gorgeous space! The location is fantastic and the view from the penthouse was amazing, especially during sunsets. Easy access to a nearby beach club (Zest), a wee corner store and about few minutes drive into Kalkan town. The penthouse was just as we expected - clean, comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. Having access to the private pool was also a bonus in the summer. The penthouse for perfect for a group of us - thank you!

We have been to Kalkan 5 times, and this was easily the best apartment we have stayed in.

It is very spacious, with numerous outdoor spaces, and the views are simply fantastic. The pictures on the website probably understate just how great the view is.

We knew that we would spend much time on an evening on the roof terrace, but what we didnt realise was that the smaller balcony off the living space is perfect for breakfast/morning, as it does not get sunny until 11ish, so perfect for chilling with an early cup of tea!

The infinity pool is spectacular, so much so that we did not really use the private pool much, but regardless this was a great space, and naturally shady from 4pm ish so perfect if you want to get out of the sun but stay out swimming etc.

All bathrooms were good, with excellent water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very well stocked, making eating at home a real pleasure. The only thing we could not find was an egg cup but improvised with a shot glass!! The dishwasher was a little tempermental however with the door difficult to close.

The A/C throughout was very effective, and kept the whole apartment at a great temperature.

The location is also good. Using the top entrance means you have a relatively flat walk into town and the nearest supermarket. I would say this is an easy 15 mins, particularly in the cool and shade of morning. However, for an evening out or coming home, I would recommend the £3 taxi fare as money well spent.

All in all I would highly recommend this apartment, and also Olive Tree who were a pleasure to do business with always responsive and helpful.

We had a really wonderful holiday in the Harbour Heights Penthouse Apartment! It is beautifully and comfortably furnished throughout, and was equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed whilst staying there. The master bedroom is huge, as is the bed )and very comfy too) !! The views from the panoramic windows and balcony are stunning, and the the roof terrace is the perfect place to enjoy it from as the sun sets in the evenings with something nice and chilled! We enjoyed having the Sonos music system to use throughout the apartment too. We really loved the private pool with is beautifully planted borders, it was a real oasis from the heat, totally secluded, and there is another lovely shaded dining area there too. The larger pool was also lovely though we didn't use it - it is directly in front of the ground floor apartment.
The location is great - a ten minute walk to the harbour or a 2 minute taxi ride, and with the benefits of being on the sunset side of the bay which is always our favourite! It is also a 5 minute walk to the brand new Zest beach club which is a really lovely place to spend the day.
We had a fantastic day out on a gulet too (Whisper Boat, we would highly recommend!) a must whilst in Kalkan.
Olive Tree were very helpful throughout the booking process as was Zal the representative in Kalkan, she was more than happy to answer any queries whilst we were there.
All in all we had a really lovely & very relaxing holiday!

We found the Penthouse Harbour Heights apartment perfect for us. It’s set away from other villas & apartments to give privacy but still only a short walk into Kalkan town with all its amazing restaurants

The apartment is s fantastic place to relax with beautiful views across the bay with lots of vantage points sit in comfort.

The private pool was great for us but all the shared infinity pool was lovely.

Olive tree travel couldn’t be more helpful especially the local rep Zal, who gave us lots of advice about excisions & places to eat

I’d highly recommend it, we’ll definitely be back in Kalkan soon
