One of four apartments in a great location just behind the Asfiya Sea View Hotel. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and its own pool. The centre of Kalkan town is a 7-8 minute walk away.

We had a lovely family holiday at this apartment. We were met on arrival at the apartment by Zal (we arrived late evening) and were helped in with our luggage. Zal arranged for water for the water cooler to be delivered and was on hand via whatsapp to help with any other requests we may have had. Zal and Ibrahaim also allowed us to have a late check out on our last day till 6pm as the apartment had a few days before the next guests would arrive and our flight did not leave till 10.15pm. This was really kind of them and basically allowed us to have the extra afternoon at the apartment at no charge. Overall we had a lovely time, the location was only a 15 minute walk away from the harbour - though the walk back up the hill in the heat can be a little tiring. So it's a great location with a nice view over the bay and only a short walk away from the market shops, green grocers, butchers etc. Internally the apartment was spacious enough, the kitchen had all amenities including a dishwasher and there was also a washing maching which means that you don't have to pack as many clothes for your stay. I did find the bed matresses and pillows a little firm for my personal preference as I am used to a more medium mattress and softer pillows at home. Only one of the bedrooms had a quilt for the bed, the other 2 bedrooms didn't which meant that it was too cold to have the AC on during the night as only having a sheet over you did not keep you warm enough. The only other thing I can think of that might improve your enjoyment of your stay at this villa would be to have cushioned pool loungers, as the loungers that are there are not the most comfortable. Overall I would still book to return and stay at this villa as we were well looked after and the staff on hand were very accommodating.

Great location, have booked again, kitchen and utensils are too basic for self catering, glasses random, some chipped and not full setts of glasses,plates, cups etc.
Just needs a kitchen sort out

Really loved the Isle Apartment and the location was just right. Last year we stayed a little bit further out of town and the walk was further.

Air conditioning was very effective and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. Decor was just right and the bathrooms were stylish and modern.

We didn't eat in very much but one or two bowls would have been handy to store food in. We were a bit short of pegs for the dryer but we could easily have asked but forgot. A large branch fell off the tree in our courtyard and it was removed really quickly. Our rep Laura was really good -we had a very late flight and she arranged for us to spend the day at the Afiya hotel - which was greatly appreciated.

Improvement - Pillows - they were horrible - I would suggest you recommend you invest in some better ones that are like feather but obviously not feather - appreciate they need to be washed. In our other apartment we had some thin, waffle blankets not the beds - really good idea when the air conditioning get's too cold
