A lovely 4-bedroom villa within a small development of properties in a prestigious location close to the Asfiya Sea View, Likya Pavillion and Likya Residence Hotels. Each villa has it's own pool and is within a 10 minute walk of central Kalkan.

The villa is in a great location, within an easy walk of the town, local supermarkets, restaurants and beach clubs. The accommodation is spacious and suitable for 8 people. In particular the outside space is stunning with a large pool, seating and sunbeds overlooking the bay. This area is open to the sun from early morning to early evening. The pool is well maintained. There are a few minor internal maintenance issues which need to be addressed, which is common for rental properties e.g. broken safe, toilet flush and poor shower heads. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property.

We were disappointed on arrival at the villa at midnight to find the dishwasher full, no toilet rolls, no tea towels or any washing up equipment. The floor was not clean as there were tea/coffee stains on it and pieces of onion skin. It felt sticky to walk on too. The kitchen bin was dirty and broken.
The kitchen cupboards were falling off the hinges - the maintenance manager was not interested when we pointed this out to him.
The pool area was also dirty and was only cleaned on one occasion two days before we left the villa.
The air conditioning was noisy in the first floor bedrooms and particularly noisy in one of them. My daughter had to change bedrooms to the ground floor one.
The shower heads needed to be cleaned as the water flow was very poor.
Although the maintenance company were very poor, Olive Tree's representative, Zal did her best to rectify the problems and arranged with Debbie for us to stay at the nearby Asfiya Sea View Hotel on our last day at no charge to ourselves and with a complimentary bottle of wine.
In spite of these issues, we did enjoy our holiday. The villa is in an excellent location with beautiful views, but it is looking very tired and needs some refurbishment.
I have said I would not recommend this villa to others, but that is only because of the maintenance issues and not because of the location and views etc.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review, which makes for pretty disappointing reading! I will be speaking to the management agency regarding all the points you've raised - I am confident that the situation will improve for the 2019 season and we will certainly be monitoring developments closely. I am sorry that some aspects of your stay were clearly not as they should have been, although I am very glad to hear that Zal did her utmost to try and improve matters for you during your stay. Debbie
