A lovely 4-bedroom villa within a small development of properties in a prestigious location close to the Asfiya Sea View, Likya Pavillion and Likya Residence Hotels. Each villa has it's own pool and is within a 10 minute walk of central Kalkan.

Fantastic location, great pool and outside areas. Bedroom 2 and 3 balcony did not have any furniture, all showers hoses and heads leaked so need updating. We had no internet for 3 days but was fixed before we left. It was a Turkish holiday for 3 days and had some very noise neighbours over that weekend.

The villa is in a quiet spot but only 5 mins walk to the town. Views are superb. Inside is pleasant probably needs a bit of TLC . Outside the pool is great
