A substantial 5-bedroom detached villa with own pool in a very convenient location in Kalkan's old town quarter. The popular ‘Greek Street’ with its array of restaurants, is just a 2 minute walk away and Kalkan’s town beach and harbour area are within 7 minutes’ walk.

I have been visiting Kalkan annually for over 25 years, staying in the old town for the past 20, and this villa is in the most perfect spot. Great sea view, and 2 minutes to bars and restaurants. A lovely pool, plus small jacuzzi pool - perfect for young children. My 7 year old granddaughter loved it. The villa was spacious, and well maintained. We would certainly stay here again.

This villa is centrally located up a steep but not very long hill from Old Street, Kalkan. Two minutes to the nearest restaurant/bar, two minutes to a supermarket.The villa itself was well equipped, with a new kitchen extension. Although it offers five bedrooms, the fifth bedroom in the eaves would be more suited to teenagers I think. It’s extremely hot! There’s a jacuzzi/baby pool which we found extremely useful with small children. The views over Kalkan are amazing both during day and night. We loved it here - especially as it’s so central.

Great villa, sadly let down by the maintenance company

We first stayed in Villa Sena 4 years ago when it was just built. Perfectly positioned in the Old Town, it has 5 well appointed en-suite bedrooms, a good pool (beware no shallow end for children or non swimmers although there is a jacuzzi). However, the service provided by the maintenance company was not up to scratch with annoying issues such as no operating barbecue, not enough sunbed cushions etc. All these issues were sorted out swiftly by Olive Tree Travel but it would be worth checking if the owner has addressed the level of service. Location wise, it is a 5 minute walk into the shops and restaurants or down to the harbour yet still has lovely sea views.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and I'm glad we managed to sort the problems out during your stay.
