This stylish property is only a short walk to the beach clubs in Kalamar Bay as well as the restaurants and supermarkets on the ‘Kalamar Road’.

The villa has its own pool and great views out towards Mouse and Snake Islands.

2 doubles, 2 twins (one of which can be configured as a double if requried)

We booked the villa through Olive Tree Travel as we'd used them before. They were very professional and ensured the whole process was completed without a hitch. The villa was modern, clean and very comfortable. It also had a fantastic outside space with a lovely swimming pool, dining area and comfortable seating. It is located a bit further out of Kalkan than our previous villa but we did walk into the town which took around 25 minutes. We also utilised the local taxis that are very reasonably priced. We had an amazing holiday and will defineatly go again. We'd highly recommend Olive Tree Travel for the service we received.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pinetree in Kalamar Bay.
Looked after by Onur who is super house proud, I was immaculate and he came every morning to tidy outside and check pool etc. He was always around for any queries or water for the water machine.
Kitchen & rest of house fully equipped, you’d want for nothing the only thing I’d say as a negative is the master bedroom doesn’t have blinds so everyone can see in when dark & it’s bright as soon as sun up- take a sleep mask!
The only other thing was no “vanity” mirror above the dressing table so difficult as a woman for make up etc I had to use the other bedroom or sit on floor behind the door in front of the full length mirror.
The outside spaces are just lovely and really spacious, and the pool is a good size.
I’d agree with other reviews in that photos don’t fully do the villa justice.
Super market 4 mins walk, a number of restaurants on the main road 8-10 mins walk. We’d recommend a trip to Elixir Hotel restaurant for food & we didn’t use the Hamamn & spa but it looked incredible. Villa is a 2-3 min walk from a great cafe/bar/restaurant called House, enjoyed lunch, dinner and cocktails here over our stay.
We’d absolutely stay here again.
