Villa Rosina is in the sought-after Komurluk district of Kalkan. This beautifully refurbished 3-bedroom property offers incredible sea views and stylish modern interiors. It's perfectly situated, a short to three renowned beach clubs - Zest, Denizim, and Palm Beach. Kalkan’s charismatic old town quarter with its array of rooftop restaurants is only a 10-12 minute walk away, or why not take a short water taxi ride across the bay from one of the beach clubs to the harbour.

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable 2-week stay at Villa Rosina in Kalkan, and it truly deserves every one of its 5 stars. We visited Kalkan last summer and stayed in another one of Olive Tree Travel's recommended villas which was lovely and should have been difficult to top - but this one certainly took it to another level!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible views—panoramic and breathtaking, especially at sunsets. The location is perfect: peaceful yet just a 10–15 minute walk to the harbour, and three beach clubs only minutes away on foot.

The villa itself is immaculate and beautifully furnished with high-quality décor and fittings throughout. Each room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was fantastically stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were also welcomed with a thoughtful arrival pack of essentials, which was a lovely touch.

The pool was a great size and ideal for cooling off in on the VERY hot days. We had an issue with one of the air conditioning units in one of the bedrooms, but it was fixed quickly and a fan was provided in the meantime, showing good attention to guest comfort.

Villa Rosina is a true gem. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, well-located, and beautifully maintained place to stay in Kalkan.

Superb well equipped villa with outstanding views.Very safe and secure although would have benefited from being able to lock entrance door.Need taxis to get about even to beach clubs below due to steepness of hills but it is Kalkan and not a problem as taxis easy to get a hold off and cheap. Very well equipped really lacking nothing.Pool area fantastic and safe with plenty of space and very comfortable sun beds. Excellent pool with entry steps and also nice to have a proper deep end.Not ideal for infirm due to internal steps but again not a problem for us.
Daily garden/pool area clean, bin empty and bread delivery service excellent although on a 10 day stay could have done with at least one more house clean.
Road noise from Kas road above not the issue we thought it could be.
Only complaint would be that air con in main 1st floor bedroom was inadequate/not working and we should have mentioned this during our stay.
All in all a fantastic holiday in a great villa.No problem recommending to others and hopefully we will be back.
