A stylish 4-bedroom villa within the sought-after Likya Estate just 500 metres from Kalkan marina and several beach clubs. The villa has its own pool for sole use, a great roof terrace with amazing sea views, plus access to the estate's large communal pool (for the 2024 season, the daily fee for use of the communal pool will be covered by the owners).

Shore House feels like staying in a home from home with lots of little stylish touches. Well located, very comfy beds, plentiful towels, nice pool and lots of kitchen amenities. We were a group of 4 girls and it worked well as a shared space.

Shore House was perfect for us, a family of 4 who wanted to be near the town. The villa itself was beautiful, a real home from home with plenty of space and a variety of different outdoor seating areas including the rooftop terrace with the views.
We wanted somewhere that was too high up to save on taxis and moaning children walking up steep hills in the heat and it was spot of fir location. 2 good supermarkets within a 5 minute walk on flat ground, and the edge of town just 10 mins walk away. It did mean we were on a road with intermittent traffic but we didn't notice than when in the villa or by the pool. And we still had the benefit of the views from the rooftop.
The villa itself was comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The pool was lovely and cleaned regularly.
All in all we couldn't fault Shore House and would recommend to others.

Just returned from a fabulous stay at shore house, perfect property in a great location close to kalkan centre.

A great villa close to town and perfect keeping in mind we traveled with two young children and grandma.

I don’t think the villa was missing a thing.

We will be coming back.

Also olive tree travel fab service from start to finish.

Our recent stay at Shore House was fantastic. This is an exceptionally easy holiday rental to spend time at with relaxed, beautiful decor. The pool was lovely for cooling off in and the rooftop jacuzzi was a great place for sunset drinks. The property is well equipped for cooks if you want a break from the numerous and delicious restaurants that Kalkan has to offer. What also made this holiday great was the support and helpfulness of the Olive Tree travel team. Any request or question was responded to promptly and acted on, thank you for such great service.
