Wonderful Villa with amazing views across Kalkan harbour and Kalamar bay.
Lovely infinity pool and jacuzzi on top floor balcony. Amenities are very good.
If there was one slight downside it is the very steep roads to get down to the main roads. These are challenging going down as well as up but taxis are only 60 lira so well worth the money. I would happily stay here again.

Nice, modern villa, very well equipped in the kitchen and stunning views. Roads to villa very steep, a couple of taxis weren’t keen to make the drive. Would suggest a better map to find villa - we are used to tackling the roads of Kalkan in the dark but this place was a little tricky to find on arrival.
Lovely pool and outdoor seating area - a little over looked by neighbouring villa but that is pretty standard in Kalkan.
Master bedroom on top floor is probably the least impressive of the 3 bedrooms - en suite tiny, no full length wardrobes and as with many top floor bedrooms it had sloping ceilings. Plus no where to hang up wet towels. But it does have its own terrace. Would suggest more comfortable furniture on that terrace to enjoy the stunning views even more.
Hot water a little limited at times and more bathroom towels would be good.
A villa guide, which we have had with other villas would be useful. Info on how to use appliances, pool lighting, power off when out, recycling etc.
Few bulbs not working when we arrived - all fixed quickly. Pool man really helpful and pool kept beautifully clean.
Olive Tree service as ever was very good and villa stocked with our pre-ordered groceries.
Good location and would definitely consider staying there again.

Our stay at Villa Skyfall was excellent. The villa was exceptionally clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The price was very reasonable for the standard of accommodation and the housekeeper was very helpful. We took our 18-month-old on the holiday and the hosts bought a high chair for us to use, which was very kind. The people of Kalkan are very friendly and go out of their way in terms of customer service. Taxis and food delivery were available immediately via WhatsApp. Kalkan is an upmarket resort with a great choice of restaurants and bars.

This was our first visit to kalkan and the first time booking through olive tree travel . I found my communication with them was very efficient. Everything was explained precisely, nothing was left out .
The villa was as described on their website and the views were amazing .As it was up high it was also very peaceful which was lovely . The villa was well equipped with nice decor and comfortable beds . The pool and grounds were immaculately kept . The maintenance chap Ramazan was a star who gave us tips on where to visit in our car . He quietly came every day to clean the pool and surrounding areas . We had a problem with the WiFi and he sorted this out quickly and efficiently.
Laura came on her first morning to give us info on the area . She was invaluable throughout our stay . Nothing was too much trouble and she was at the end of the phone answering any queries. Even booked us a takeaway!
The only criticism I would have and this is not a reflection of the villa or really in their control, would be that on the approach roads there was a lot of rubbish and dumped furniture, mattresses etc . This somewhat took away from the high end atmosphere of the villa . I do think that this needs to be addressed as when you arrive and see all of that it is off putting.
