A very well-appointed four-bedroom apartment and is new to our portfolio for the 2023 season. The apartment is set over two floors with two private walled courtyards and a private pool terrace with mountain views. Table tennis is also provided.

Situated in a small development of apartments with own pools, Swallows Nest is an easy downhill 10-minute walk to the centre of Kalkan with supermarkets nearby, so ideal for families or a group of friends holidaying together.

3 doubles, 1 twin (the twin can be configured as a double on request)

Previously we have stayed in villas so wasn't sure what to expect from an apartment, but were very pleased.
Bedrooms were all good sizes, living area for the number of people was arguably small, but given we spent little time indoors it was sufficient.
Pool & outdoor space for an apartment were amazing.
Apartment was very well well equipped, it was a home from home.
Location was good with easy access to the market, supermarkets, town & Kalmar Road, taxi was preferable for the return journey, for the cost involved it wasn't worth the up hill walk but we do it in the day.
There isn't a sea view, the view is of the town which is pleasant & is nice at night with all the lights.
Whilst you are overlooked my the apartments above, this wasn't an issue, a lovely quiet location.
We would definitely return.
