This is a beautiful accommodation with very comfortable beds & bed linen.
The apartment had everything you could want, from different teas & coffees to dishwasher & washing machine tabs. TV was a godsend when we had 2 days torrential rain.
Would highly recommend.

Stayed at Villa Topaz for 3 weeks.
Perfect location to get to both ends of town, 10 min walk.
Restaurants and grocery shops 5 mins walk
Fabulous views.
Excellent amount of cooking gadgets and utensils but did miss a microwave.
Massive TV with all channels… Netflix etc
Lots of towels.
Little extras provided washing powder/dishwasher tablets/toilet rolls/tea/coffee/sakt/pepper/dish towels/cloths.
Booked for a month 2026.

A excellent and very well situated apartment, being only a 7/8 minute almost level stroll to the cab rank at the top of town, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bar/ restaurant and supermarkets.it is very well equipped, with everything you might need for your stay. On 2 levels, the first has two spacious bedrooms, one en suite, with large wardrobes and very comfortable super king beds, both with their own balcony, with sea views. On the second floor a lounge/kitchen, with a large sofa at one end with the kitchen and dining table at the other. There’s a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, etc and a washing machine in a utility space at the top of the stairs. Outside there’s a terrace with 4 sunbeds, and a dining table for 4, all shaded by fixed canvas sails and an umbrella. It was easy to find both sun and shade at any time. We’d definitely book this again as a couple, it was ideal.

Only issue was the steps going up to pool very unsafe and nobody came to clean the pool. The appartment was lovely and in a great location with spectacular views.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at topaz apartment. The location is excellent with a five minute walk into the town. The views from the balconies are amazing right across the harbour watching the boats and watersports etc. The service from olive tree travel was 1st class leading upto our holiday and during our stay with in resort management and cleaning etc. The apartment was immaculately cleaned throughout our stay as was the pool etc. We will definitely use them again.

We loved the apartment and the area. We would have re:booked but was it already booked up for the time would have liked. We have booked another apartments for next year just a little further up the hill.
The managing agent was first rate, nothing was too much trouble and any request was dealt with immediately. The girls, and the pool man that serviced the accommodation were all brilliant and a great team.
As our arrival was very late in the evening/early morning it made such a difference to have had the shopping done and delivered. Really great holiday and service. Thank you.

Topaz apartment has an amazing view across the whole of Kalkan Bay. The apartment had a great location allowing you to access everywhere very easily. The apartment is very well equipped with huge very comfortable beds!

Lovely apartment in an ideal location. All areas are well equipped with everything you should need . The property is well maintained by a really efficient team of cleaners and the outside area by a lovely gentleman who was both friendly and polite .
