The villa is great and I have stayed in many in Kalkan and it it one of the best for all round comfort. In comparison to others, it is a little higher up the hill but still walkable down into town if you want to and close to the main supermarket.

Villa Kaitak is a good space inside and out.. Two large bedrooms with lots of natural light and en-suite bathrooms plus a third downstairs on the found floor overlooking the pool also with a separate bathroom. Lots of space around the pool, some in the shade and some in the sun including two eating tables plus an amazing rooftop setting for the evening!
