This is our second time staying at Villa Kaitak - which says a lot. We look for a 3 bed villa, which are not that plentiful in Kalkan, but Kaitak fits the bill well. It has a nice pool and plenty of space. Near enough town for a ten minute walk down in the evening but far enough away to justify the £4 taxi ride home in the evening. :)
The villa sits in a quiet part of town and is not directly overlooked which is good. Like many others the direct view of the bay has been compromised in recent years by the construction of new properties in front, but the view from the rooftop terrace is good and the ground floor patio area is nicely enclosed with planting.

The villa is great and I have stayed in many in Kalkan and it it one of the best for all round comfort. In comparison to others, it is a little higher up the hill but still walkable down into town if you want to and close to the main supermarket.

Villa Kaitak is a good space inside and out.. Two large bedrooms with lots of natural light and en-suite bathrooms plus a third downstairs on the found floor overlooking the pool also with a separate bathroom. Lots of space around the pool, some in the shade and some in the sun including two eating tables plus an amazing rooftop setting for the evening!
