I managed to book this villa at very late notice as we weren't sure whether we would be able to make it out this year. Having visited Kalkan several times before, I already had a good idea of where I wanted to stay.

The location was perfect for us. It was around a 10-minute downhill walk into central Kalkan, and when we didn't feel like walking back, a taxi ride was very short and inexpensive. The villa is situated at the end of a road, and although a few taxis occasionally pass by to access nearby villas, it is certainly not a busy route.

The villa itself was spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. I had originally been looking for a three-bedroom villa to keep costs down, so I was delighted when this four-bedroom villa became available within budget. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, and each either had an en-suite bathroom or access to a bathroom on the same floor.

We experienced a couple of typical Kalkan water supply hiccups during our stay, but the villa manager, Ozge, responded quickly via WhatsApp and resolved the issues promptly.

I would happily recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again.

We just spent a week at villa Lilia (Sep/Oct 25) - family of 6 all adults. We like the accommodation, having gone back for a second visit. The location suits us being a bit quieter but still in walking distance of the centre of Kalkan, as well as having great views over the bay.
