Villa Sidyma is one of a collection of villas ('Sole Villas') located in a great location, just 7 minutes' walk from the heart of Kalkan town. It is a luxury 3 bedroom villa featuring an infinity pool and private balconies with sea views.

This is our 3rd year and 3rd Kalkan villa and it didn't disappoint. We know the area pretty well now so knew the location was ideal for what we needed. An easy and quick stroll into the town (compared to many - Kalkan hills are not for the faint hearted and this is a relatively flat walk to the taxi rank area). Also right opposite the villa is a path / steps that takes you straight down to the harbour. The villa itself is incredibly well equipped. Literally has everything you need and beyond. Immaculately clean too. The views from the 1st and 2nd floors are uninterrupted out to sea and stunning. Efe was a fantastic host too - attentive and super quick to respond, nothing was ever any trouble. In terms of things to be aware of - they're minor but worth a mention. Probably wouldn't bother everyone, but just giving a full and transparent picture... 1) there are no blackout blinds, so unless you are a heavy sleeper, take plenty of sleep eye masks or you'll be up at 5am everyday. 2) there are several doorstops around the place that we bashed toes into on multiple occasions so watch out! 3) Top floor is low slanted ceiling so for my 6ft tall son, it took a while before he stopped smashing his head on the doorframe (It's also very hot up there as air con is only in the bedroom area) 4) if there's several of you then try and be first to the shower if getting ready to go out as if you're no.4 into the shower you'll be having a cold one.
Like I say very minor considering all the positives of the villa! You won't be disappointed.
