Villa location is good, close to Kalamar Road for many restaurants and supermarkets. Lykia Residence & Pavilion Restaurants are within walking distance. Pool and sea views amazing, despite little chilly as unheated. Steps down side of villa take you to indigo beach club and harbour.

We've just spent 2 weeks at Yakut Villa (family of 4 - 2 adults / 2 teenagers) and would 100% recommend it. The views are unbelievable from every single room! The villa is light and airy with good air conditioning which was much needed. And the location is perfect. Takes about 7-8 mins to walk down to the harbour. Kalkan is one big hill, so going down is no problem, but coming back up is definitely a workout :) There are steps right next to the villa that take you down, making it so accessible too.
We also had a lovely welcome pack waiting for us on arrival with the key essentials (milk, bread, coffee, tea etc) which was a great touch.
Couple of things to maybe just be aware of:
The curtains are white and thin (no blackout blinds), so it gets very light early in the mornings. Would definitely recommend taking eye masks if you're a light sleeper.
The wifi isn't great at all. Very difficult to keep any sort of connection for long. Didn't really bother me but definitely frustrated our teenagers.
Overall though, wouldn't hesitate in recommending both the villa and location. We'll definitely be going back!

Perfect family villa with good sized pool and wonderful views. Excellent service from Olive Tree Travel who we booked through.
Easy stroll into town or beachfront.

This is the second time we have stayed at villa Yakut in Kalkan and this time was even more special. The location of this villa is outstanding; you can walk into town for dinner or down to the harbour to pick up a boat to a beach club. There are also plenty of shops nearby to pick up supplies. The villa itself has been updated with a new kitchen and sun lounges. The uninterrupted view from the infinity pool is what makes this villa so superb. Only gripe and I speak on behalf of all who stayed would be more comfort in bed, softer mattress and pillow (or take your own as I so) and additional sheets/blanket.

Villa Yakut is located a short walk from the town centre. Whilst there you enjoy fabulous panoramic views of the bay and town from the rear of the property. The pool is a fabulous addition.
Air conditioning in all rooms ensures you are kept comfortable as the outside temperatures rise.
