A beautifully-presented and unusual 4-bedroom villa located in sought-after Komurluk, close to Zest, Palm and Denizim beach clubs. The villa has amazing views, an infinity-edged pool plus a roof terrace. Suitable for up to 6 adults only.

Please note: the property has recently changed hands and will be refurbished over the forthcoming winter (2021/2022). The images on our website are preliminary and pre-refurbishment - they will be replaced with updated images once the refurbishment has been completed.

Villa Zen was perfect in every way for us during our stay in Kalkan. The location overlooking the bay makes the most of the most breathtaking views out to sea and of an evening the sunset is absolutely stunning. All of the furnishings and equipment were in immaculate condition. The kitchen appliances are all top end brands, again in immaculate condition. The beds in terms of comfort are up there with some of the best hotels of the world that I’ve stayed in. The team who looked after the villa during our stay where probably the most attentive I’ve ever come across during my travels. Each morning before we were even up, the pool was checked, the patio areas were washed down, and the sunbeds and patio furniture were even meticulously rearranged. Nothing was too much trouble…

Beautiful villa, immaculate. Fully kitted out for self catering. Very spacious. Restful views. We had a lovely holiday and easily recommend this villa to anyone.

Last minute holiday and could not have picked a better villa if we had tried.
Having been to Kakan many times and lucky enough to have stayed in some amazing villas, Villa Zen was a great find.
The owners who have refurbished the property have done an amazing job with the new layout and new pool location.
The property has been fitted out to a very high standard with top of the range appliances, beds, and both internal and external furniture.
Location is just perfect and probably one of the best views.
The pool guy who arrived daily could not have been anymore accommodating, even asking a friend to drop off milk and bread on one afternoon.
Anyone who is looking at booking this villa will not be disappointed.
My only criticism would be that the pictures of the villa don't do it any justice at all. This truly is a beautiful villa, and the small seating areas throughput the property are just stunning.
A total diamond of a find.
110% we would return and will be.

The fact that we have rented this villa 3 times in the past two years, says it all really! We have booked again for 2024, it feels like home. Situated in Kormuluk, above Denizinm Beach club, 1km flat walk into the old town, with a view from the terrace to die for.
The Villa itself, is superbly & immaculately presented. Fully equipped with the everything one could ask for.

My husband and I rented this property for just the two of us, although 4 bedroomed, it is worth paying the rental fee as it suits us, and provides everything we could ask for. The only negative is that the terrace is quite small, so would be a little cramped if fully occupied, although the bedroom terraces do provide alternative seating.

The management Company, and particularly Ahmet that looks after the villa is very efficient, helpful and courteous. He visits everyday to clean and wash down the terrace and generally looks after the villa, a credit to the owners. The cleaning staff who visit once a week again are excellent and most helpful.

I should say it's terrible, to keep this hidden gem to ourselves! Cannot recommend this Villa enough.
