We loved our stay at Sandpipers and it was so comfortable that everyone had a good time. The beach is a short walk but the pool was so warm and inviting that we spent most of our time in the garden and enjoying all that the house has to offer.
A short break in East Wittering with lovely weather to remind ourselves how lovely it is there. The flat seemingly had everything and worked well for us. All spotless and felt newly refurbished. It is on the second floor but that makes the balcony view better.
This was a last minute decision to take a break in the Witterings for Easter - and we are so delighted we made it! I totally recommend Moonfleet to a family who are looking for a house that will give them the location (within a minute from the beach, round the corner from excellent coffee and restaurants, and a 15 min walk to East Wittering shops), super comfortable, stylish and clean living accommodation with very comfy beds, and a few little sun-traps for those relaxation moments. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
Excellent position and a lovely living area overlooking the sea. Size of kitchen rather small for the size of the property. Only 1 en suite bathroom for 5 bedrooms. Think to sleep 10 adults would be a bit of a squash.

Group of 9 stayed for a wonderful week at Stormchase in July. It's quite hard to capture in words just how stunning this home and location are. A contemporary masterpiece that has been planned for practicality by the beach. Beach shack with all the surfing accoutrement, amazing outdoor shower, deck for sunset chilling, skate ramp, plenty parking and electric car charging. The interior of the house is again beautifully presented but practical, stunning views from almost every room, wake up to the lapping of the waves..then go jump in them! We love the property, great views, easy parking, shops& restaurants nearby, kind owners who let us use boogie boards etc. Two small niggles: the blind in the top bedroom is hard to roll up and down, the one in the kitchen isn’t properly secured & fell off, so you can’t use it. Could do with a couple of small saucepans in the kitchen & a small frying pan as we’re not a big family. Otherwise great.

The bungalow is very comfortable and well equipped, beds comfy and plenty of towels etc. The location is excellent just off the beach and shops handy with plenty of places to eat and drink relatively near. We would highly recommend Wellies & Windbreaks for their very thorough and helpful service . We'll be back !!
Perfect place to pause and pontificate. Stunning views. On a practical side, shower has great water pressure, sound system connection was seamless, multiple ovens. A place where you don't have to go out if you don't want to.
Rox is one of my families favourite places. The facilities and the feel of this property are excellent. Every detail has been considered to provide a wonderful place to stay. I have no hesitation in recommending Rox and look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely beautiful property in the most perfect location. You really couldn't be much closer to the sea unless you were on a boat! Listening to the sound of the ocean at night was worth every penny. The fact that the house was so lovely as well just made it the ideal break. We went out of season so it was very tranquil and if you like to walk your dog on the beach, you can't beat this place!
We stayed at Little Orchard with our family for Christmas. The house was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family as it had two separate sitting areas. The kitchen was well equipped with a utility room that had a large fridge/freezer. There was a good ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms. We didn’t use the outside spaces as it was winter. But the outdoor kitchen would be great in the summer months. Overall a very happy family getaway
We booked this property as a treat to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We just love this area to holiday in. The property was very clean and warm. Very spacious rooms but still it felt homely. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nespresso coffee machine required vertuo pods. There was no sound system as mentioned. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely big garden and secure for our small dogs. Bonus having the annex very well equipped. Not far to the beach or the shops with a great selection of take aways to choose from. There are food shops 5 mins walk away. A fab house for all our family for Christmas. The living space is brilliant and beautifully arranged and being so close to such a stunning beach makes it an excellent choice
We had a delightful 5-day stay at Holmes Farm over new year. The main part of the house has a great kitchen and living area for hanging out as a family. Upstairs bedrooms were very comfy, clean and warm (it was a winter stay). The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook good meals. Also a great garden that wraps around the house (would be amazing in summer time especially). And the location is perfect as it's very close to beach at West Wittering, shops in East Wittering and villages like Itchenor. All in all a great stay.
Gorgeous house in perfect spot, in the idyllic village of Itchenor. It's a short walk from the harbour, with its boat tours and little ferry to Bosham, as well as the local pub and cafe. The house is a good size for a family, it has 2 large rooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with 2 singles, adjacent to a large family bathroom, there is a third, smaller double bedroom with a small en suite bathroom. We had a lovely stay at Seamark with our family from up north. The house was well equipped, very comfortable and had enough space for everyone to relax and to have fun. We would definitely book this house again for future get togethers. Wellies and windbreaks was also great with their customer service and support.

Anchor provided the perfect accommodation for our Easter stay (my wife and I, 3 kids (2,4&6)and my mum). The 2 ensuites + family bathroom also helped create separate spaces . The location is perfect , a stones throw from the coastline and a shirt walk into town and the ice cream kiosk! It was ideal for us, so much so we've booked again for the sunmer! The value for money in comparison to others makes Anchor a really good option.

This house is a perfect getaway. Located right on the beach it’s fantastic whatever the weather as the views onto the sea are excellent come rain or shine. We went for a weekend away and it was brilliantly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The place was spotless and uncluttered. The sofa was extremely comfortable as were the beds. We couldn’t fault this property. Thank you for a blissful weekend.
This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment & our third booking with Wellies and Windbreaks. We can't fault them. Perfect location to relax, either in the comfy chairs in front of the window watching the waves or sitting on the beach. We never want to leave and will definitely be back. I'd unreservedly recommend this property if you want a quiet spot to enjoy being by the sea. The property is very comfy & well equipped. Five stars from us.
We have just returned from our stay at Beira Mar with 8 friends and 2 dogs, had such a great time and the house provided everything we needed, the beach is literally at the end of the garden and it provided a great location for our morning swin (yes even in March we braved it). Kitchen provided everything we needed as we ate in every night, it was great that there were 3 bathrooms so no long queues for the bathroom. Bedrooms comfy and clean as were the bathrooms. Very good stay. A comfortable well-equipped property close to the beach and shops. Only negative was the strength of the waterin the shower. Would stay stay again.
Samphire is a lovely property in a fabulous location close to village amenities. The view of the sea is outstanding. The house offers all you need for your stay. The beds could be a little more comfortable but still a wonderful house i would recommend to everyone.
Sheridan is small but full of character and is perfectly located. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. The property is very well equipped. Only thing lacking was a washing machine. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
We stayed at Wickham from a Friday to a Tuesday in October 2021. A party of 2 adults, 2 older teens and 2 dogs. We had the most wonderful short break walking on the beach and recharging our batteries with all that the Witterings has to offer. A magical part of the world. Wickham is extremely comfortable and cosy. Great facilities but be warned - no TV!!
The house is designed perfectly for large family group with it being all open plan downstairs Lots of space, loved the garden room for doing yoga and relaxing in Everything there we needed and the children loved having all the space and could be easily seen at all times

We visited as a family group of eight with a dog and the house was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the open plan area was perfect for meals, card games and scrabble. The beach was only a very short walk away and a beautiful place to walk our dog while the utility room was very useful for keeping all our outdoor and pet gear. We were lucky to have some sunny weather and enjoyed the patio and very well kept garden and there was plenty of garden furniture for us to use. We would definitely come again.
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home my only comments would be the beds are only double so very small and not comfy. Our room also had a leaking shower onto the carpet so we couldn’t use the shower. Apart from that everything was perfect and amazing. Amazing location so Thank you.
We had a wonderful long weekend at Fleetwood with a group of 12. The house is very spacious and extremely well equipped. It’s worth bearing in mind that the downstairs bedroom has bunkbeds so is more suited to children than adults. There is a Sonos music system throughout the house and the gents in our party were very pleased to see that the TV has sky sports. The kitchen is very nicely appointed and chefs will appreciate the range of equipment including two sinks, range cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and more pots, pans, and bowls than you could ever need! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cirrus. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms suited our group makeup very well. A large sunny garden (when it's out) with plenty of outdoor seating. A few minutes stroll to the beach but not frontline, although there are small glimpses of the sea through the houses in front of you. Overall a very comfortable, spacious and welcoming holiday house. We’ve booked with Wellies & Windbreaks before, staying at their property ‘The Courtyard’ in West Wittering for Christmas 2021, which was absolutely wonderful so we decided to book again for Christmas 2023. When it wasn’t available we went for Seacote. A really lovely little house, just a very short stone’s throw from the beach. Just as shown in the photos. We had a wonderful stay at The Little House in Itchenor. The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, all the facilities you need . The pool is wonderful and we happened to have a very hot week so it was perfect. We have two little dogs and the house was perfect for them too. A wonderful location right by the Itchenor harbour and lovely dog walks where you can walk all the way to East head in West Wittering.
