The Thatched Cottage offers a rare opportunity to holiday right on the white sandy beach in West Wittering. This traditional family home sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with comfortable living space and extensive gardens. The beach is just metres away and accessed through a pretty arched gate so holiday makers have the best of both worlds, the beach right on their doorstep but complete privacy whilst enjoying some precious family time in the house and gardens.

We had a wonderful stay at The Thatched Cottage. It is a beautiful cottage with a real homely feel. Everything was well designed and comfortable to accommodate all our family.
The garden is very pretty and perfect to relax, play games and enjoy meals. The gate opens straight onto the beach and we also enjoyed swimming and walking the dog along to East Head.
We all have very happy memories of our stay and we hope to book again for next year

We had a lovely week in April at the Thatched Cottage. The house is in prime location, right on the beach, and the garden is large, open and sheltered- perfect for games with the kids on the lawn. The cottage itself is spacious and charming - it feels like a real home from home, with genuine character and soul, unlike other rentals we have experienced elsewhere which can feel commercial and soulless. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with the basics you need for a week - plenty of dish soap, tea and coffee. We would love to return.

Fairytale House in one of the best locations on the south coast direct access to beach with wonderful walks direct from the door to the glorious Sandy beach at East Head. All our family including Rustie, flora and Bumble our dogs loved it.

The Thatched Cottage is a like a dream house from a storybook.

Extremely well stocked kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating. The beds are very comfortable.

The grounds are beautiful and the location unbeatable.
