I’ve stayed in lots of holiday places but I particularly loved staying here. The position of the apartment was perfect & it was a lovely place
We loved our stay at Sandpipers and it was so comfortable that everyone had a good time. The beach is a short walk but the pool was so warm and inviting that we spent most of our time in the garden and enjoying all that the house has to offer.
We had a great time staying at Moonfleet. The house is the perfect size, well equipped, with a nice garden and balcony, we loved it. Beach is right across the street and Billy’s restaurant, as well as the GOAT cafe are only a block away.. perfect.
Excellent position and a lovely living area overlooking the sea. Size of kitchen rather small for the size of the property. Only 1 en suite bathroom for 5 bedrooms. Think to sleep 10 adults would be a bit of a squash.
Group of 9 stayed for a wonderful week at Stormchase in July. It's quite hard to capture in words just how stunning this home and location are. A contemporary masterpiece that has been planned for practicality by the beach. Beach shack with all the surfing accoutrement, amazing outdoor shower, deck for sunset chilling, skate ramp, plenty parking and electric car charging. The interior of the house is again beautifully presented but practical, stunning views from almost every room, wake up to the lapping of the waves..then go jump in them! Wonderful location with beautiful views, very peaceful and quiet. The house is well furnished with high level kitchen equipment. Comfortable beds and quality bed linen. This is our fourth year and planning to return again
We had a great weekend in a beautiful cottage on the beach. Everything is provided you could possibly want in the kitchen. It is all very tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained. Hope to visit again.
Perfect position and excellently equipped - wonderful. We were so impressed and the owners were on hand for help and advice. We would certainly come again as we felt very cared for!
The bungalow is very comfortable and well equipped, beds comfy and plenty of towels etc. The location is excellent just off the beach and shops handy with plenty of places to eat and drink relatively near. We would highly recommend Wellies & Windbreaks for their very thorough and helpful service . We'll be back !!

We were a family of 6 … 4 adults parents grandparents and 2 children aged 10 & 8 The house was just perfect lots of space and very well equipped… Perfect position with direct access to the beach and a short walk into the village … Where you can find everything you need . Went seal watching in Chichester harbour ….and particularly enjoyed eating at The Lamb west wittering and the Crown & Anchor Dell quay … I’ve booked houses with Wellis and windbreaks before and they never fail to deliver a great service … I’d definitely book Rox again for a family holiday or with friends …

This is a lovely property, great location with an ever changing panoramic view of the sea. Lots to look at. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to shops and cafes in East Wittering, then another short walk along the beach to sand West Wittering. Nicely presented property. Amanda responded quickly to our queries. The only things I’d consider as drawbacks are the small double bed and the lack of a kettle (there is a quooker tap but we didn’t get on with it). Otherwise I’d book this property again. I’ll certainly use Wellies & Windbreaks again.
We stayed at Little Orchard with our family for Christmas. The house was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family as it had two separate sitting areas. The kitchen was well equipped with a utility room that had a large fridge/freezer. There was a good ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms. We didn’t use the outside spaces as it was winter. But the outdoor kitchen would be great in the summer months. Overall a very happy family getaway
We booked this property as a treat to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We just love this area to holiday in. The property was very clean and warm. Very spacious rooms but still it felt homely. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nespresso coffee machine required vertuo pods. There was no sound system as mentioned. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely big garden and secure for our small dogs. Bonus having the annex very well equipped. Not far to the beach or the shops with a great selection of take aways to choose from. There are food shops 5 mins walk away. Gorgeous house in perfect spot, in the idyllic village of Itchenor. It's a short walk from the harbour, with its boat tours and little ferry to Bosham, as well as the local pub and cafe. The house is a good size for a family, it has 2 large rooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with 2 singles, adjacent to a large family bathroom, there is a third, smaller double bedroom with a small en suite bathroom. Just had a one week stay here and can say that Admiralty Cottage is a great little (not so little!) 'home from home' - fitted out and equipped with everything you will need for a holiday here, either for a couple or for a couple with two small children. A very convenient location for shops, cafes etc (very clean and well-organised Co-op with long opening hours immediately next door) and only 5 mins walk from beach. Pretty cottage garden on three sides of property is dog and child proof and provides sunny spots to sit in at any time of day. Two dedicated parking spaces by back gate are a bonus....more
We had a lovely stay at Seamark with our family from up north. The house was well equipped, very comfortable and had enough space for everyone to relax and to have fun. We would definitely book this house again for future get togethers. Wellies and windbreaks was also great with their customer service and support.
Stayed a few times at Marigold. We love it. Great location. Getting help and responses from our inquiries is always immediate. We will be going back in a few weeks.Can’t recommend it enough

This was our 2nd visit to Dots and again the sun shone all week....what a fabulous location right on the beach. You can sit in the front garden and look out to sea with an ever changing view of large ships, wind surfers, swimmers,kite flyers and people just enjoying life. The house works well for us being a multi generational party and a bonus is a summerhouse with a table tennis table and sofas giving another chill area. This house is in an ideal situation. Right by the beach, pebbles with sand at low tide, very clean, no litter. The village of East Wittering has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, all just a ten minute stroll away. Beira Mar is a great house for a family stay.
Could not fault this delightful property. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a fabulous location for the beach, shops and restaurants, absolutely wonderful.
In terms of positives, the property is on the seafront with absolutely amazing views. The living area is upstairs with a balcony so you can just sit and look out to the sea with uninterrupted views. Very relaxing indeed. The property has been developed to a very high standard of finish. The gap across the stairs in the living room would be a risk for young children unless carefully supervised as was the gap on the balcony to the down steps. We visit Wittering regularly. Sheridan is small but full of character and is perfectly located. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. The property is very well equipped. Only thing lacking was a washing machine. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We stayed at Wickham from a Friday to a Tuesday in October 2021. A party of 2 adults, 2 older teens and 2 dogs. We had the most wonderful short break walking on the beach and recharging our batteries with all that the Witterings has to offer. A magical part of the world. Wickham is extremely comfortable and cosy. Great facilities but be warned - no TV!!
A lovely clean modern house with every amenity, large rooms and a secluded garden which allowed all members of the family to enjoy the weekend. The beds are large and very comfortable. It is within a short walking distance to East Witterning beach which is stoney or a longer walk or drive to the large sandy West Wittering beach. Our second very enjoyable stay with Wellies and Windbreaks.
We've been to Tofts many times. It has a wonderful location and great layout. Simply furnished with everything you need. Dishwasher could do with an update buy for position this is good value for money.
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home my only comments would be the beds are only double so very small and not comfy. Our room also had a leaking shower onto the carpet so we couldn’t use the shower. Apart from that everything was perfect and amazing. Amazing location so Thank you.
Well, what can I say, this is an absolutely beautiful home in a fantastic location! The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and it literally felt like ‘home’ as soon as we stepped through the door! We were a group of 8 and the lay out meant that whilst cooking we all felt very much together. We only went out once for dinner as we loved the house so much! The communication before/during/after our stay was fantastic, I highly recommend Wellies and Windbreaks and Cirrus as a holiday home. Thank you for making our break so comfortable and memorable.
It’s our second time staying at Fleetwood and we’re already discussing dates for our third! It’s an exceptional holiday property, immaculately finished and with almost everything you could ever need! The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from town and the beach in your back garden! The team at Wellies and windbreaks were great and super communicative. There was a delay delivering furniture for the mid level deck but they arranged with the owner to get some delivered for us on our third day which was really appreciated. Beautiful house in lovely position. Good-sized back garden for children to play and stunning view from the rear of the property. Open plan downstairs suited our family perfectly with lots of different areas. Well maintained and excellent quality fittings. Only niggles - no microwave and only one (thin) pillow per person. Some single bed mattresses are uncomfortable. Blinds on some rooms at the back would be good (bathroom with clear window and study which was being used as a nursery).

We had a wonderful stay at The Little House in Itchenor. The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, all the facilities you need . The pool is wonderful and we happened to have a very hot week so it was perfect. We have two little dogs and the house was perfect for them too. A wonderful location right by the Itchenor harbour and lovely dog walks where you can walk all the way to East head in West Wittering. A lovely pub within a minutes walk, a quiet area perfect for relaxing. Weelies and Windbreaks were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely book with them again. Thank you for a love...more
Please can you invest in some pillows as two small flat pillows per bed is not sufficient. I would also recommend cordoning off the well as very dangerous for dogs and children!
