We had an amazing weekend stay here at the end of Nov. 6 adults and 2 dogs. The house set up was fabulous for us and a fantastic location. The garden was perfectly secure for our 2 labs, who adored all the new smells. Fish & chip shop 3 min walk away. Very friendly pub 10 mins walk away. Premier shop 3 mins walk away and a big Asda a short drive. I would certainly recommend this and once we have sorted out dates, I hope to book this again next summer.
Sunny view is the perfect place to stay. We loved the decor, layout and all the small touches which make this a great place to stay, we wish we were staying longer.
Beautiful property, fantastic location. We stayed as a family group of 5 with our dog. Such a beautifully decorated property. It was a surprise weekend away for my mum's 70th and she was blown away by the views. Her face when she first walked in was a picture! Everything you need is provided. Very clean. We loved being able to watch the sea from the lounge and bedrooms. We chilled out, walked on the beach and had a lovely fire pit and s'mores. It was a perfect weekend. Highly recommended. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Sandpipers and it was so comfortable that everyone had a good time. The beach is a short walk but the pool was so warm and inviting that we spent most of our time in the garden and enjoying all that the house has to offer.
We absolutely love windward! It’s on the beach perfect for a wintery walk with the opportunity to warm up quickly. It’s the perfect distance to walk to west wittering cafe or to the busier east wittering high street. The views are amazing. Would absolutely recommend windward.
Great location close to the water as well as a few good coffee and food spots. The shops of East Wittering are accessible via a walk or a very quick drive. West wittering beach is also a short trip away. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the seaside including kids books, puzzles and toys. The balcony is great and you can hear the sea which always help us relax but importantly when the doors are closed, the road facing bedrooms are insulated from any road noise - not that there is much. Our week in the perfect location on the South Coast, comfortable and cozy and with everything we could have wanted. Great customer service and quick replies made our booking and stay perfect for our winter break. Warm cottage when we arrived late in the evening and so well equipped for our needs. Dog friendly and so close to the beach.
We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful beach house. The house is very spacious, has excellent facilities and the view is stunning. We relaxed the moment we arrived. We were fortunate to have brilliant weather and spent most of our time at the beach. That you can access the beach from the house meant we could be very flexible about when we went and did not have to take lots of things with us! We spent 10 days in Rosemary cottage which has been renovated to a high standard and is well equipped with everything you need. It is very light and airy with a garden at the back which gets the sun most of the day. For us it is situated in the perfect place with the amazing beach in West Wittering and lots of lovely walks on your doorstep. Also 2 doors away is 'The Landing' which has freshly made sandwiches, sausage rolls, pasties, croissants and yummy cakes. What an absolute find! This place is wonderfully located right near the beach, and a short walk from all the local amenities. The accommodation feels homely and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable too! The garden was fully enclosed, so is perfect if you are taking children or a dog. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.
Rox is a great place to stay right on the beach. Property was ideal for our party of seven adults and four young children with plenty of space for everyone. Lovely views of the English Channel and Isle of Wight too. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here!
Sunny Days is a fabulous property which is spotlessly clean, homely and incredibly well equipped right down to the very large TV, Netflix, PS3 etc. you could not want for more. It also caters well for children with toys, books etc. and there are also bikes and beach chairs that can be used. The owners really have thought of everything. The property is set in a very quiet location and only a short stroll to the beach and in close proximity to pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much we really did not want to go home. We stayed at Pebbles with our 18-month-old and this might be the best staycation we’ve ever done. We will 100% be returning. We’ve never stayed anywhere this well equipped - it has everything you need and definitely feels like a home from home. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, super clean and the kitchen has anything you could need from a dishwasher to cling film to coffee machine. Complete luxury. Wonderful home from home. We are looking forward to another visit soon. The Witterings are gorgeous in all weathers and the house was warm and cosy despite the bitter March winds. Hot tub a bonus! Fabulous stay.,
Delightful friendly hosts were very welcoming and helpful. House was spacious with an excellent kitchen and dining area. Many breakout/relaxing areas that one could spend some quite time reading or doing a little work on the laptop. Very good bike hire delivered and collected; excellent windsurfing instructor (Ian at Winds Up). All in all an excellent property. Highly recommended.
Excellent house for visiting the Wittering beaches. Really well set up for families with an amazing garden and lovely outdoor seating. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a lovely stay at Seamark with our family from up north. The house was well equipped, very comfortable and had enough space for everyone to relax and to have fun. We would definitely book this house again for future get togethers. Wellies and windbreaks was also great with their customer service and support.

So excited to be back at The Witterings , modern home very comfortable indeed & sheltered back garden & very private! Well equipped in the kitchen & a fan in every room was a bonus as being on ground floor throughout I didn’t feel happy to leave windows open ! Definitely book it again , thankyou for accomodating us we had a wonderful stay near the beach !
A very nice cottage in a central location within East Wittering. Close to the shops and a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, The cottage is decorate and equipped to a high standard.

A lovely xmas week at the Beira Mar. Great location. The lounge looking out onto the garden and the sea was so relaxing. Couldn't have been better. The main bedroom was so comfortable, a great king size bed with a wonderful sea views to wake up to. The lounge was comfortable for us all to gather in for christmas telly viewing and eating. The house had everything including a very safe garden for our dogs. Fab location to go into the village for coffee and shops and a 15 minute drive to a very large Tesco. Plenty of hot water and heating. A great stay. We'll be back next year.

Stayed with a group of girlfriends and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. The house worked well for us, plenty of room to sit and eat meals together in a very well equipped kitchen overlooking the enclosed garden. The bedrooms are simply but beautifully decorated with the master suite upstairs being really spacious and light. After a dip in the sea it was great to be back at the house in moments for hot showers. The boot room is great for wellies and coats. Evenings spent in front of the wood fire were perfect! We were staying for the week as a celebration of my birthday and had a lovely week. It's a fantastic property and the views were stunning. The main thing that we need to mention is our eldest who is a very sensible 7 year old knocked the back of her head on the stone worktop which is placed directly behind one of the sofa's. We did keep on moving the sofa away from the edge as could see it was very dangerous and something like this could happen. She got quite a bad cut on the back of her head which bled for quite some time. We felt this needed to be raised so something could be done to prev...more
We stayed at Wickham from a Friday to a Tuesday in October 2021. A party of 2 adults, 2 older teens and 2 dogs. We had the most wonderful short break walking on the beach and recharging our batteries with all that the Witterings has to offer. A magical part of the world. Wickham is extremely comfortable and cosy. Great facilities but be warned - no TV!!
We had a really lovely stay at Beachcomber. It’s perfectly equipped for 10 people and the dog, the lovely open planned layout meant we could all be together. Didn’t venture out onto the garden but it looked lovely. Really well invested holiday home - state of the art kitchen appliances, heating system user friendly layout with more than enough facilities. The only mild drawback was that the heating system was a bit complicated so took a while to get the hang of. Having said that, we’d definitely go back again
I’ve stayed here twice with family and friends and we love it! Beautifully decorated house! Very sea side theme which we love. Hot tub is a great addition to the house. We absolutely loved relaxing in it. Great location only 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute to the local shops. Just a lovely house, great location and we will definitely be coming back.
We had a fantastic stay at Eversley. It’s a beautifully designed, comfortable house with lots of space. Very well equipped kitchen and even a utility room and wetsuit drying space, downstairs loo and shower etc. The downstairs is nicer than upstairs which to my taste feels a little stark, but all spotless and comfortable. We had a log fire most evenings (such a lovely touch to leave us candles - thank you!). Great house, lots of space, very well equipped, ideal for a large group. Great location, right on the beach, walking distance to East Wittering, which has everything you need. There were 12 of us over Christmas and it was perfect.

We had a lovely time in this house with our family. Great location and lovely walks along the harbor. Kitchen was amazing and had everything you would need. A few issues when we arrived but the team were fabulous about sorting everything out quickly and efficiently.
