Note this will be minimal though and guests won't be affected at all when in the rear garden. It is anticipated that the works will continue until the Autumn. Such a beautifully designed house with so much room to entertain, the photos don’t do it justice just how big all of the rooms are. It’s like being in a high end show home! Super clean and modern, the Air conditioning was a bonus too. So close to the beach too. Amanda was great helped us check in a few hours earlier which was massively appreciated. Definitely stay here! I don’t have anything negative to say!

Pinot’s Perch is an absolutely fabulous property right on the coast (200 metres away) at Wittering.

It’s a beautiful, newly finished property with a warm and welcoming feel. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge space is perfect. Huge, well designed, carefully crafted and with every possible comfort, we loved the space.

The upstairs master bedroom is exceptionally comfortable with a beautiful en suite. The downstairs bedrooms are lovely too with two twin beds in each and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath.

The garden is secure, lawned with pretty flower beds and our two dogs loved the freedom to explore that.

All in all a really great stay … we will be back very soon!

We stayed at the property for a week with 2 kids and dog. Property is brand new and in excellent condition. Very close to beach. Great stay.
