Beachwood is a stunning holiday home which was been completely renovated in 2022. This very spacious property sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, plus a large eav room with double day bed which can easily be converted into a 5th bedroom. The property has plenty of modern and well equipped living space and an unbeatable location at the western end of Marine Drive West, just moments from West Wittering beach. Laid out over three floors, the master suite at the top has amazing views given its elevation. Whilst the house is not beach front, it is just other side of the beach road so has the most spectacular views from the rear of the property over the fields and to the South Downs and also has views of the sea over the top of the house in front and to the West towards Hayling Island and the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.

We loved our stay here.
Open plan living layout was lovely & spacious.
Super clean and light.
Very close to the shingle beach and handy shops/cafes only 10-12 minutes away.
Only slight annoyance was the blinds in bedrooms which don’t keep out the light and flap about if you want to keep windows open at night!

Five of us (all adults) stayed at Beachwood for the week and had an amazing time. The property is stunning and spacious and well equipped with everything you need (unless you use a microwave!).

The best thing about the house is the position on a quiet private road with access to one of the most stunning beaches in the UK just one minute walk away. We all spent so much time just wandering back and forth to the beech.

We had a great meal in The Boulevard and a breakfast at Drifters. The best coffee is at Ground. All these places were a 10 minute walk away in East Wittering.

We would highly recommend a stay at Beechwood. We would also recommend Wellies and Windbreaks who were so helpful and very quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful house in lovely position. Good-sized back garden for children to play and stunning view from the rear of the property. Open plan downstairs suited our family perfectly with lots of different areas. Well maintained and excellent quality fittings. Only niggles - no microwave and only one (thin) pillow per person. Some single bed mattresses are uncomfortable. Blinds on some rooms at the back would be good (bathroom with clear window and study which was being used as a nursery).

A fab house for all our family for Christmas. The living space is brilliant and beautifully arranged and being so close to such a stunning beach makes it an excellent choice
