Seamark is a beautiful seaside holiday home in the Witterings and family favourite. Affectionately known as "the castle" for its turreted exterior it boasts a wonderful roof terrace with sea views and is just moments from the beach. Its location is ideal in the quiet residential area of Coney Six. East Wittering village with all its great cafes, restaurants and shops is just a five minute walk and the white sands of West Wittering are a gentle half hour amble up the coastal path.

Seamark was a perfect venue for a birthday celebration with family & friends. Super accommodation, well furnished, comfortable beds & the bathrooms were excellent. The house was well equipped & within walking distance to the beach & East Wittering. The property had a great rooftop which would be lovely on a warm sunny day!
All in all we would throughly recommend this house & wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

We’ve been coming to the Witterings and renting different properties for the past 10 years and this is the best setup we’ve found. This didn’t feel like a rental property….it felt like a home and we loved every minute of our stay. Love the downstairs double shower room for post surfing!

We have stayed with W&W a few times. Always a stress free process and Amanda is super efficient.
Seamark is a lovely house in a great location.
Facilities are very good. Beds are very comfortable. The master suite is luxurious. Kitchen well kitted out with a spacious eating area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Extra tv room was a nice bonus.
Garden is very secure and a fab size for our dogs. They loved it.
Downside: could have done with extra lounge seating . Not a problem for a summer break , but for Xmas , not enough for our family to all sit around together to watch tv and play games. . We squashed up on one sofa . Could have done with a couple of extra armchairs.
Bath tap was hard to regulate the temperature , small issue but it was stuck on boiling.

We had a lovely stay at Seamark with our family from up north. The house was well equipped, very comfortable and had enough space for everyone to relax and to have fun. Returned to Seamark for the third year in a row - for an extended family, including toddler and dog, it provides perfect accommodation in a great location, just round the corner from a quiet stretch of beach, and the roof terrace is fabulous, giving great views of the sunsets.

This was our second stay at Seamark and it was as wonderful as ever! The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The location is brilliant so we could pop to the beach for a swim as many times as we we wanted, and walked to village and Billy’s. The house also accepts dogs and our lab loved her week in Wittering! We had the most perfect weather too so that really was the icing on the cake. We would highly recommend Seamark

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay in East Wittering. For the last few years we have had family holidays with grandparents in Cornwall but the long drive and heavy traffic made us rethink. The Witterings are an easy drive and are not as busy as Cornwall. The beaches are beautiful and you can easily walk from Seamark to West Wittering and back. Local eateries, and independent shops were great and our daughter enjoyed learning to windsurf. Our experience with Wellies&Windbreaks has been a very positive one and we are pleased to have discovered them. Looking forward to next years holiday with them.

This was our second year in a row at Seamark and everything just as good - maybe better (apart from the weather!). The facilities for families of mixed ages are excellent with the bonus of a safe garden for children and dogs. Yet again the roof terrace was a great bonus with at least one amazing sunset. The location for the village and all the facilities there is so convenient, plus the beach 100 yards away - suits everyone .... Amanda at Wellies and Windbreaks sorted extras for us for the baby - all very well organised from the start. I'm sure we will return at some point .....

An all-round pleasure to stay at Seamark. The house is well laid out and in a quiet location but only a few hundred yards from the beach. A five-minute walk gets you to the shops, cafes and pub of Shore Road in one direction, and Billy’s cafe is 10 minutes in the other direction. No need to take the car anywhere!
The garden gets sun all day and sunset drinks on the roof terrace are a must.
The outside bath for washing sandy dogs and feet is genius!
Would happily stay again.

Seamark is a lovely property providing excellent accommodation for all sorts of guest combinations, but especially families (of all ages), with or without dogs. The layout is extremely practical and the fittings are all of excellent quality - everything works well and the whole house has a welcoming feel, so you can relax immediately. The location for the beach and village is brilliant and the roof terrace is a wonderful bonus. Our week's holiday was truly memorable - helped by excellent weather! 5 Stars!

A group of us spent a few days at Seamark over the new year. The house was perfectly located for lovely long beach walks with dogs and the weather (thankfully) was kind to us! The house was beautifully clean and well equipped. Lovely bathrooms and plenty of hot water. A very easy, sociable house to live in with several areas to relax in. The garden was completely secure which was a must with dogs, although they spent most days running on the beach and sleeping in the house! We all loved it and would definitely come back.

Lovely property with plenty of room for our two families. Brilliant to have so many bathrooms, a real plus when there are multiple families staying. Very well equipped house and kitchen with lovely space for the children to hang-out and adults too. Comfy beds and bunk beds for the children a real plus. Good location only a few steps to the beach and walkable distance to shops and restaurants.
Perhaps could have been slightly better equipped with more loo rolls and some kitchen basics (better supply of fairy liquid and dishwasher tablets) for the premium price of renting this sort of property we are used to these sort of things being amply included - less so if it had been a more budget rental.
Brilliant service from Wellies and Windbreaks as always - so reassuring to know someone is there to touch-base and discuss any issues (we didn’t have any!) and liaise with the owners. I would always use them as my first place to find properties to rent in the area.
Overall a fab couple of days at Seamark and we would definitely consider renting the same property again in the future.

A perfect location for a small celebration with friends. Fantastic and prompt response from Wellies and Windbreaks for all aspects of our booking including pub, restaurant recommendations and the opportunity to have a late check out.
The house itself was superb, plenty of space for two families, a secure garden and fabulous roof top terrace. Everything you could think of was provided at the house including an outdoor dog bath and shampoo! Great location very peaceful and only a 2 minute walk to East Wittering beach. A very relaxing weekend away and the weather was perfect. A revisit is definitely on the cards.

I've just returned from 10 days at Seamark and don't normally spend time on reviews but this place deserves it.
My family and I have rented about 5 properties over the years in West and East Wittering. Seamark is the best one we have stayed in so far hands down, the owners have made it into a superb holiday home. This house is very comfortable and up to date technology wise. The main bedroom has an amazing super king sized bed with a great quality mattress and linen. The young kids loved sleeping together in the bunk beds and my eldest son had another decent sized room with en suite. The house has great bathrooms and shower rooms, the kids play room gives the adults peace and quiet in the main open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge. The roof terrace is a sun trap for sun worshipers and nice place to listen to the waves and take in the views.
I could go on and on about this place, but like I said I don't normally write reviews. I would recommend Seamark to anyone who wants to stay in the area, I will definitely be going back there, that's how good it is.10 out of 10.

We had a great stay at Seamark. The house is lovely with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The layout works really well for larger groups and the kids also loved the smaller room where they could chill out and do their own thing after a tiring day at the beach.

The location is perfect - just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We loved the roof terrace too with its lovely views out to sea. Everything in the house has been really well thought out and done well. We even had some sunshine....

I'd thoroughly recommend it and we'd love to come back.

We were away with extended family for a milestone birthday, so needed the space afforded at Seamark, the luxury was a boon. Great location, particularly for the beach, and, a short distance from The Lamb for dinner and a walk to Billy's on the Beach for Brunch on Sunday. Extremely comfortable beds, and luxurious linen. We loved the lighting. The wii proved as family friendly as ever without imposing on Grandma and her catching up with The Crown on netflix on the other great big tv. Secure garden for our dog, with a bath to get the English Channel off him before he came into the house! We would love to come back in the Summer to enjoy the roof top, and frankly, at any other occasion we can justify it.

I have stayed at this house 2 times. Once with my children and their friends and just recently with a group of 6 women. Both times the house has been immaculately clean, small extra's in place like wood for the fireplace and tea in the kitchen. The house is excellently located - not 5 minutes to the beach or 10 minutes in the other direction to the village - where there are butchers, bakeries and shops for all necessities. The house is so well appointed you will find it difficult to leave - which is why it always relaxing to be there.

We had a family break at Seamark with 6 adults and 4 children.
Everything had been catered for and it's very difficult to fault the house in any way.

The kitchen/diner had ample space and the snug was a really nice area for the children to 'hang out'.
The location is really close to the beach on a very quiet road and safe for children.
The bedrooms are all of a good size and the condition of the facilities was excellent.

The only downside was the British Weather!

We spent a perfect week down at East Wittering, celebrating our anniversary! Seamark was a home from home and was spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a large group or two families. The roof terrace will be a big hit I am sure once it's finished off and some furniture has been put up there, great spot to watch the sun go down!
