Zephyr is a stunning family home complete with yoga studio in the garden. The property is a contemporary brand new build, finished to an impeccably high standard, which was completed in early 2024. Sleeping 10 in 4 bedrooms is a superb choice for a family holiday with friends or relatives and is just metres from the beach front on the sought after East Bracklesham Drive, between the villages of Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering.

"Wow! What a fabulous property - we rented this house for a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) and we absolutely loved it! The house is huge and equipped to a very high standard - the owners have thought of everything and there are some really nice and unusual features such as the outdoor shower, car charging point and separate drinks and wine fridges. The garden and bbq area deserve a special mention, as does the location - just metres away from a fantastic beach and about 100m to a great restaurant / cafe - Billy's on the Beach. We had the best weekend and will definitely return!
