This was our second stay at Hunter’s Quay but first stay at Amber Lodge. We weren’t disappointed and the lodge was in an even better location than the previous year.

So quiet and peaceful with modern interior which was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The views are stunning too as you can look out across the loch.

The communication prior to our stay was detailed and informative.

There are steps leading up to the lodge so this needs to be considered when booking as whilst access for us wasn’t a problem, this could be a challenge for some.

An excellent stay and you won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay at Amber Lodge.

Had a lovely stay, beautiful views, fab weather very restful. The area was excellent for touring and discovering more of beautiful Bonnie Scotland. The lodge needs abit of a scrub here and there, And the outside just needs abit of a tidy. The facilities were good and clean, it had everything you need. The on sight restaurant bit expensive and some of the service abit slap dash. Overall Dunoon is beautiful and our stay at the lodge was great.♥️

Amber Lodge was a great place to stay for our week's holiday. Inside it felt very homely, was comfortable and had just about everything you needed. The weather was good so did not need the fire and we also did little cooking as we were out all day. Amber Lodge is well situated with lovely views and easy to get to the main road, handy for getting out and about. The owner was extremely friendly and provided lots of information. The Holiday Park Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. Can recommend using the pool on site and the restaurant food was very good. Everything was dog friendly. Dunoon town itself is great to visit with plenty of shops, supermarkets and take away places. We would certainly stay again.

Beautiful peaceful location but with all amenities on hand great being able to take dog with us for an excellent meal all staff on site courteous and helpful

Lodge was in fabulous condition on arrival. The views were beautiful and to get up in the morning to watch the deers and other wildlife sauntering around was a highlight. This was the restful break we needed and we would definitely return if we can in the future. The lodge had everything we required for our stay and would highly recommend. The weather was nice for an couple of days and not so great on others but we expected that. It’s the perfect getaway for a couple of days.
