We had a lovely stay at high beach cottage over Easter. We were very impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was and the games there were for kids of all ages. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fire in the evening and enjoying the view.

I would have no hesitation in recommending High Beach cottage as a holiday home. It is comfortable and very well appointed with excellent communication from the friendly owners. There was a lovely welcome basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived and the fire had been laid ready for us, which was a nice touch. We were left plenty of logs to keep us going over our stay and there were clear instructions on how to work everything. The cottage was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is in an excellent location with ample off street parking. Following this holiday we are hoping to book again later in the year.

Lovely house had everything and more for our needs. Fantastic views and walks. Great local hotel for food and drinks. Owners have thought of everything that you require and more. Loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend.

The property was lovely, very very comfortable, warm, well equipped. There were nice views from the decking, kitchen and lounge. A fire with logs left for us and a welcome pack - such welcome generosity and well appreciated. We would definitely return - a really lovely place.
